I was interested in purchasing a used 2008 Honda Accord. I had visited most of the Honda dealers in St. Louis area over a period of a few months; some more than once. I wanted the Nav system and Rear Entertainment package on my Oddessy. They only had an Oddessy with the Navigation system but I was told they could send the van out and have the Rear Entertainment package my Oddessy. They only had an Oddessy with the Navigation system but I was told they could send the van out and have the Rear Entertainment package added. The van came in and I bought it only to find out after I purchased it that the Rear Entertainment package that was put in is NOT the same as the standard one in an Oddessy. It's a 3rd party and you can ONLY listen to the system with headphones. It is NOT connected to the radio, CD sound system. Had I been told that, I would have not purchased the van this way. I've bought multiple Honda cars from Dave Mungenast but after this I would not come back and would not recommend a friend at this point. More

the main reason I appreciate Mike Hillis is that he did not pressure me to buy and keep calling me as I made my decision for purchase.he was respectful to me and talked very little. I had the best experience at St. Louis Honda with Michael Banaskavich. The service was wonderful and they helped me find the vehicle I wanted. Tom was great, very friendly and I feel like I got a good deal on the car. Everything always takes longer than you expect and if the timeline had been laid out for me, I might have opted to get them started deal on the car. Candice was a pleasure to work with and I felt I received appropriate price on my trade-in and price of the 2011 used Honda Fit. My only confusion came at the end when I signed all the papers.
