This is my 2nd new Honda. I was retiring my 2003 Civic after many good years. I wanted to buy a CRV EX 4wd and work out most of the details on line. It took about 3 days for Toyota to even respond, then they refused to work via email, which seems rather astounding from the internet staff. After sorting through a number of mails from Honda dealerships, I ended up working with Randy Graves at Dave Mungenast in South County. The whole process was effortless-- we worked out 95% of the deal and logistics by email, and then we talked on the phone to hammer out the rest of the deal. I met him, drove the car again and he ordered me exactly what I wanted. We worked out a price I think is reasonable and fair to both of us, a win-win all around. In block time, the whole thing was done within hours. I was able to pick up the CRV I wanted within a couple days, brand new from the factory. I couldn't be more pleased. I can highly recommend the Honda way of doing things, and especially dealing with Randy Graves in the internet department. More

My experience with Rob and Dave was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. This is also the first time in my car-buying life that I bought the same brand as I had owned before. Our son's car was totaled in an accident and we had to replace it (but were very upset about it). The car was a Honda and it had been such a great car we went to the Honda dealer to see about preowned Hon replace it (but were very upset about it). Elmer Watson helped us and was extremely interested in our needs and was very good at matching our needs to the cars. My husband and I felt he was very informative and helpful, yet was not pressuring us. We found a car my son just loves (a Honda!) and we are extremely happy about the condition and look of the car. We felt the price was very fair and the whole bad situation about the total loss on our previous Honda ended up to be a good experience because of the treatment we received from Elmer at St. Louis Honda!We will definately be back when we buy our youngest son a preowned car in a year or so!!
