My second civic now has 242000 miles on it and is just starting to show signs of aging. I bought a CRV because of my experience with my first two Civics. I just bought my second vehicle from St. Louis Honda. While searching for this vehicle I looked at other dealerships closer to my home but they just don't compare to the service, friendliness and respect While searching for this vehicle I looked at other dealerships closer to my home but they just don't compare to the service, friendliness and respect I receive from St. Louis Honda. I cannot say enough nice things about Elmer, my sales person. Even after the sale Elmer has taken time to answer some of my additional questions. For example, I had a question about the cross bars on the roof rack. Elmer did not know the answer to my question. He did some research for me then called me back to tell me everything I needed to know and then some. Elmer is a great sales man and if I need another car I will call him first. I also had a great experience with Tom the finance manger, the sales manager and the porters, who cleaned the vehicle for a second time before delivery. Buying a car from St. Louis Honda could not have been better. Pricing and negotiating were straight forward and direct. Financing the vehicle was a breeze, even with a power outage in the dealership at the time of purchase. And the follow ups... I love how St. Louis Honda calls us every time we visit the dealership to make sure we received the best possible customer service. I wonder what would happen if I had not actually received the best customer service since I have never had a bad experience at St. Louis Honda. In short, I drive Honda's because I love them and I buy them from St. Louis Honda because I love them too. More
Sent out request for quotes through Edmunds on Thursday. Got 4 responses from local dealers. We negotiated on price to what I thought was a fair deal for all via email, agreed to same on Saturday and went in Monday to fill out financing and finalize deal. No monkey business and an overall great experience. Picked up 2011 Pilot same Monday evening and can't be happier. Would definitely recommend doing business with Randy. He was great to work with, no bologna, deal was as we agreed, no suprises and smooth...completed over lunch. Couldn't be happier with the deal and ease of buying a new car. Hope we can buy cars from Randy in the future. More

We negotiated on a price, knowing full well of what kind of car we wanted, and the price for us was exactly what pleased us so much. Plus my husband and I just can't say enough about Shan and the Dave Mugenist St. Louis Honda people. We were offered something to drink as soon as we walked into the showroom, and to have a seat or look around while they called for Shan. Everyone we past said,"Hello", wheather we were their customers or not. Very enjoyable place to do business. We plan to pass the business cards that she supplied us with, that's how pleased we were, from the moment we walked into the sales department, and until we walked out the door. My only gripe is that when we found the van on the internet and called the number it went to rick brennans cell and not the dealership. Rick was very nice on the phone but Tom was the one who did all of the work and ended up having t split the deal when the only face time we had with Rick was after the deal was done and he came to say thanks for the purchase. My daughter and I were looking for a newer used car for her. After much searching on-line she discovered the Chrysler Pacifica at Mungenast Honda in our price range. We arrived very late one afernoon to test drive this car and had a very nice experience with Candace Chelist. After the test drive and some discussion with my daughter we decided this was the car for her. Candace then walked us very patiently through the process - she offered me financing options and monthly costs as options to the financing I had already arranged. It was to her advantage to do so because I actually got a better deal and felt better about the payment I was soon to take on. When we arranged to pick up the car Candace was on hand to make sure it went smoothly and we did not have any questions or concerns. Afer meeting with Peter to sign the paperwork she made sure our old license plates were removed from our trade-in and the new plates were installed on the "new" car. All in all it was a fairly painless process with Candace's help. More

Once at the dealership we met several other managers and were treated very well. The car purchase was completed in just under 3 hours. I cannot say enough how much we appreciated the friendly and honest approach to business they took with us. We have already recommeded this dealership to other friends and family.
