My wife wanted a red CRV EX-Navi 4WD Automatic which they did not have in stock. While vacationing in Hawaii on June 24, I made the decision to buy a new Honda CRV the following Monday (June 27) before having to return to work on the 28th. We negotiated a fair price (with a promise that any vehicle I chose, despite what add-on's were on the vehicle, would be at that price - the add-on's would be 'tossed in'), I used Honda.com and a photo text from Randy to choose my color and set an appointment for 10am Monday morning. I arrived at 9:30am and Randy was ready as was the car I had chosen. Randy really delivered. There were no surprise charges and those add-on's were, in fact, tossed in at no charge. This was a truly exceptional buying experience and I would recommend Randy and St. Louis Honda to all my family and friends. More

I live in central Illinois, about 3 hours from St Louis Honda. Since the March 11 earthquake and tsunami in Japan the Honda Fit Sport manual has become hard to find -- especially in the exact color I wanted, and especially since Honda had just reduced its financing to 0.9%, so all five Honda dealers in a hundred mile radius had sold out of the precise vehicle I wanted and could likely get no more for several weeks because of diminished production. I found one or two in my preferred color in St Louis. And though I found a few in Chicago, the online reviews of those sellers were abysmal. Not so with St. Louis Honda. I called them and was glad I did. Within a short time after my initial call an associate named Mike Banaskavich called me back and helped me secure a pre-sale and a trade-in. Mike Banaskavich was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and easy going -- and just all-around pleasant to deal with: he is interpersonally extremely perceptive and accommodating, he put me at ease, and he helped me secure a pre-sale and trade-in possibility over the phone. When I arrived the following morning for our appointment with my trade-in vehicle, he had everything ready; he assessed my trade-in and gave me a fair price for it, and when I counter-offered he was accommodating and responsive. One nice touch. During a brief wait in order to meet with Ivo the financing guy, Mike brought me lunch. He brought me lunch! Ivo Saric went over the financing with me. Not only was Ivo pleasant to talk with, he was extremely clear in laying out options. But he was not pushy. Neither Mike nor Ivo were anything but clear, above board, pleasant, warm, and responsive. They were not pushy and they did not rush me. There are some businesses that have clearly accrued a history of honest and fair dealing -- and you can feel it when you walk in the door. I did an internet search of the vendor and made an offer via the internet, which is how I made contact with Randy Graves. From the beginning, Mr. Graves was extremely courteous, responsive, and professional, which is something I can't say for most of the other dealers I contacted. After a few weeks of negotiations, we finally purchased a new Fit from St Louis Honda. Our experience was a very good one. Mr. Graves and the rest of the staff treated us very well and provided us with exactly what we had been looking for. We won't hesitate to make him our first contact when we decide to pourchase another new Honda and have suggested to our friends that they should do the same. More
