When we were looking for a car for our daughter we chose to look at St. Louis Honda because in out minds there is no better dealership in St Louis. As two time St Louis Honda owners we were already familiar with the excellent customer service at St Louis Honda. We met Kurt Marty and bought not one but two cars for our daughter! When we first met Kurt we sensed that he might be new to the used cars sales but was professional, friendly and respectful our our budget restraints. After an accident we were in need of a second car and went back to Kurt who went above and beyond finding the perfect second car for our daughter. I would also like to recognize Max who showed us a car on a night that Kurt was off when we happened to drop in and look around. I would highly recommend St Louis Honda for new and used car purchases and recommend the wonderful service department. I have always experienced excellent customer service in the 8 plus years that I have been dealing with St Louis Honda and would never consider ever going anywhere else. More
My dad and I went looking for my first car. We went to honda first and met kurt. While I was at the dealership getting my 2007 Pilot serviced I asked for Gary Kinder in used sales. When I met with him he explained some of the options for a trade-in and what the dealership would give me for my Pilot. We looked at 2010 in his inventory but I decided not to go with a used vehicle at that time. There was no pressure from Gary. A few days later he emailed with the promotion offer of .09 percent interest rate on new vehicles through the July 4th holiday. We decided to take a look and met with Gary. He outlined the cost of new vehicle and trade-in as well as the Honda Promise discount and what our monthly payments would be. He answered all our questions directly. There was no animosity or pressure. He wanted to sell us a car but was willing to work with us on pricing to make it happen. The color pilot we wanted had to come from another dealership but Gary kept us up on the timing and shipping of the car we purchased. It was painless!! We're thrilled with our new pilot and our low monthly payments. More
In terms of the various car salesman I've dealt with over the years, Randy was by far my favorite and my wife's favorite. I felt that Randy was able to cut through a lot of the back and forth with the negot the years, Randy was by far my favorite and my wife's favorite. I felt that Randy was able to cut through a lot of the back and forth with the negotiating process and he was able to improve somewhat on the original numbers. Ultimately, I felt that Randy got within $500 of the net price that would have made me ecstatic and I took the deal because I felt it was a fair deal. No complaints at all about Randy. I'd certainly suggest Randy to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

Shan was our sales person at that time and we found her just by luck. She was great to work with, very friendly and understanding and took the time to make sure my son understood all the details. She made his first buying experience a pleasure. The second time we visited this dealer was to buy a vehicle for ourselves. Honestly, we had forgotten who we dealt with the first time, but by chance, we saw Shan walking out the door as we were driving up, which prompted us to ask for her once we got inside. Again, she was wonderful, very up-front about things and just a pleasure to work with. We would recommend anyone we know who is interested in buying a Honda to visit this dealer and especially to ask for Shan; they won't regret it! Jennifer & Dean Kassoff More

Probably the most enjoyable new car purchase yet. Went to the dealership for an oil change on my Accord. Killing time I went to the showroom floor. Saw the Fit. I went home, went on line, read the reviews, checked out the options etc. Got an estimate on my trade in and sales price. Got a call from Randy. Went out to see him. Had the car waiting at the front door. Took a test drive and I was sold. Randy was totally no pressure, no games. Answered my questions,explained the car's features and options. Really has a great demeanor. Talked to Ivo the finance guy. Same deal, no hassles, no pressure. Great way to buy a car! More
