Mike informed me of an opportunity to upgrade my current 2010 Honda with a new 2011. He was able to provide an upgraded style for the same price that I was currently paying. We were moving to MO set to have our car shipped when we realized that we would have to leave our car and buy a new one. Moving is quite stressful and I was immediately concerned that this would be another realized that we would have to leave our car and buy a new one. Moving is quite stressful and I was immediately concerned that this would be another headache, but was very pleasantly surprised. Clayton was awesome! I told him what I wanted and the color and he was off and running trying to find it for me. Apparently red Fits are somewhat hard to come by, but Clayton found one for me. A couple weeks later we decided to add a couple add-ons and again Clayton was very quick and responsive. I had questions about a couple other things and I always found him to be very helpful, personable, professional, and knowledgeable about my future car and how best to help me. When we finally showed up in MO at the dealership to pick the car up everyone was very helpful and they even let us bring our dog inside with us. I found everyone we dealt with to be very helpful. Ivo was great to work with and is still working with us on the extended car packages, even though we initially said no. I just can't say enough positive things about my experience with Mungenast Honda. More

Rick was great! He listened to my needs and helped me get the car we wanted for a great price. When our vehicle was delayed in arriving, he and Jamie (sales manager) helped us out by putting us in anoth get the car we wanted for a great price. When our vehicle was delayed in arriving, he and Jamie (sales manager) helped us out by putting us in another vehicle until our arrived. That went way beyond the level of service I've gotten from other dealerships. On top of that, our finance manager, Ivo was on top of everything as well. He made us feel like we were not signing out lives away butr comfortable and well informed of all the different options we had on financing and extended services. We are so happy with our purchase from Mungenast Honda and would wholly recommend them again and again to friends and family looking to purchase a new or used car! More

Randy was very good at maintaining the lines of communication with us throughout the purchase process. Our Odyssey purchase was delayed (due to parts unavailability), but whenever I contacted Rand communication with us throughout the purchase process. My wife and I just got home with our new 2011 Odyssey. Randy, Ivo and Paul were phenomenal to work with. They were efficient, professional, polite and considerate. It is clear that they know their stuff! This is our 3rd Odyssey in 4 years, and we'll be back for more! It was a pleasure to work with Shan for the last week. I came to the dealership for a regular maintanence on my Honda Pilot and was loaned an Odyssey, which I loved. I spoke to Shan on Wednesday to obtain came to the dealership for a regular maintanence on my Honda Pilot and was loaned an Odyssey, which I loved. I spoke to Shan on Wednesday to obtain general information about the car, then on Thursday to set up a time to assess how much the trade-in value of my Pilot was on Friday. My husband and I decided to look at it together and meet with Shan on Saturday, and purchased the car. Shan was very nice in speaking with me on a daily basis and allowing us to have time to consider our purchase. She was friendly, knowledgable and upbeat. I also have to say Ivo, the Financial Advisor, was a great person to work with as well. We have owned 2 Hondas for 4 years now and have nothing but excellent service at this dealer, from the porters, to the service men, to the sales team. We have been impressed to say the least. I visited 9 dealerships in the St. Louis area. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted, and only a vague idea of what I didn't want and what I wanted to spend. Kurt was AMAZING. He was by far the nicest an know what kind of car I wanted, and only a vague idea of what I didn't want and what I wanted to spend. Kurt was AMAZING. He was by far the nicest and most patient man to help me find a car I loved. He even called when a car I was interested in came into the dealership, after the first one I was looking at sold. After being pushed off, ignored and getting half-truths and rudeness at other dealerships it was just soo easy to shop with Kurt and Mungenast. We have told everyone how amazing he was and how easy the purchase was. Especially since my mother had purchased a car the Monday prior at the #2 dealership in the state and it took almost 2 1/2 hours for financing and paperwork. Mungenast took maybe 30 minutes. We are so pleased and I really love my car. Thanks Kurt and Mungenast!!!!!!! More
