My husband and I decided to go to Mungenast to check out Honda Odysseys because of their BBB rating and the recommendation of a family member who had previously dealt with the dealership. We met with Rebecca Wille who was very knowledgeable, very personable, and responsive to our needs/requests. (We recently bought another car from a salesman at another dealership who was lacking in knowledge, which made her expertise even more obvious). When we requested a visit with the financial person before making the deal on the van, Rebecca quickly made that happen for us. (That person, Ivo Saric, was another fine member of the Mungenast team...very helpful, pleasant, and not pushy.). Rebecca followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and has made herself available for any questions that arise. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had.
