The entire new purcahse experience was low key, low or now pressure. Mike was easy to deal with and thoroughly explained our options on how to pay for the purchase, including the lower interest rate vs c now pressure. We may have been able to get a lower price at another dealer, but chose St Louis Honda for its convenience and professional approach (though the after market pitch was a bit long!). More
Have dealt with Mike Hillis previously (started in 2006 when I leased my first Honda from him). Next leased in 2009, and again the experience was without hassle; he even presets the radio buttons to stations of my choice. The car was completely reliable and performed perfectly. Recently, Mike called me with an offer I could not refuse; it allowed me to get into a 2012 Honda with only a small increase in my monthly lease payment. Once again, Mike had everything set up and all went smoothly (he set the radio buttons again) and I was in and out in a relatively short time period with a lovely Celestial Blue 2012 Honda. My service experiences at St. Louis Honda were an eye-opener. Had previously had some bad experiences at car dealerships when getting service for the vehicles I owned at the time (neither one a Honda). All the maintenance needed on the two previous Hondas I leased was a couple of oil changes, and one tire rotation. The services were performed while I waited, and completed well within the timeframe quoted by the Service Department. On one occasion I could not wait and was offered free shuttle service, which worked out very well. The dealership also followsup after service to be sure I'm satisfied. I have recommended both Mike Hillis and St Louis Honda (Dave Mungenast Honda) to friends and family in the market for a new vehicle. More
