He took the time to allow me to look at several options and waited patiently as I circled in on a direction and ultimate decision as to which vehicle to buy. He was very attentive to the deals. Interestingly enough, we did much of the first transaction via e-mail and the Internet, yet Rick's personality came through. I now have had the chance to meet and be around him personally and find that he is the quintessential professional. I was more than pleased after the purchase of my first vehicle with service center at Mungenast/STL Honda. It is clean, the service managers are extremely friendly, they were sensitive to my time and always addressed the service needs I had outlined. I actually drive out of my way to take my Honda's to Mungenast/STL Honda. There is a dealership that is much closer to my home. I think the word that sums it all up with regards to the reason I am a repeat customer for STL Honda and, specifically, Rick Brennan is TRUST. I know I am going to be treated the way I would treat someone else. I am confident that I am going to get more than my money's worth when I acquire a Honda there.
