This is my 6th Honda to lease from St. Louis Honda since 1998. I have leased my last three cars from Rick Murphy and found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and honest, and able to provide me with a f 1998. This last transaction was an "upgrade" I qualified for by being a loyal Honda customer. Their system notified them when I brought in my 2011 Pilot for service, noting that I was slightly "over" my mileage allotment. They contacted me to see if I would be interested in trading up for a 2012 model at the same price and starting my mileage over. Absolutely! The transaction was seamless and the new car is fantastic -- I'm truly enjoying all of the additional bells and whistles that come on the 2012. I would definitely buy/lease another car from Rick/St. Louis Honda and I'd tell all my friends about him and the dealership. More

This was my first time buying a new car and it was due to unfortunate circumstances. I was in a hit-and-run accident that totalled my car. The experience was pleasant from the very beginning. Rob was extremely helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. We test drove a Fit and I decided to buy one that was already on the lot. While I was waiting, Rob checked on me frequently and even brought me something to eat for lunch. Everyone was really excited to be involved in my first new car purchase. Once everything was ready, Rob took me back into the office and bought me a key chain to congratulate me on buying my first new car. It was a really nice gesture. If everyone hadn't been so nice and helpful (again, without being pushy), I wouldn't have bought that day. I had just planned on looking. More
