How refreshing to work with an honest and GENUINELY friendly dealer. Tried a couple of other dealers and contacted many more, but none compared to the caliber of customer service we found here. Clayt friendly dealer. Tried a couple of other dealers and contacted many more, but none compared to the caliber of customer service we found here. Clayton was incredibly prompt and courteous and forthright. He gave us the best deal and--more importantly--treated us right. Other dealers played games and gave us the run around, playing "nice" but just stringing us along. In contrast, Clayton and Mungenast St. Louis Honda were truly interested in taking care of us customers and finding exactly what we were looking for. More
Gia Bommarito was EXCELLENT. She knew Honda cars and helped me purchase the CRV. She let me, my twin brother Don, and my girl friend Maria, look over the CRV in the showroom, then we all went for a te helped me purchase the CRV. She let me, my twin brother Don, and my girl friend Maria, look over the CRV in the showroom, then we all went for a test drive. She was easy going and did not push a sale, or a more expensive car. We picked up the CRV in the SAME DAY and Gia was most helpful in explaining all the new gadgets. Since I had not looked at cars for about 10 years, her help was very important, so I could operate the car safely, esp. since it was dark when we finally left the dealership. Her help setting up the settings on the car and explaining basic operations was most appreciated. I am almost 65 years old, and not used to all the new items on cars. Just getting the key in and out correctly can be a problem, but with Gia's help everything fell in place and I felt comfortable driving home. Gia also helped with all the paperwork needed to lease the car. She told us about paying monthly or paying the ENTIRE amount in one payment. This was done in a very professional helpful manner. She allowed us time to get my older Toyota to the dealership and helped with the transfer of that car. She offered us water, which we enjoyed, Everything worked well. Sam was great. Price was very good. Overall deal with trade in was very good. The major issue we had was the amount of time it took to complete the purchase process. We had every thing done with the sales staff in a reasonable amount of time. Then they started on the financing paperwork and the process progressed at snail's pace. We sat in the show room for at least three hours (probably was longer, so of lost track) waiting and waiting and waiting before we got to sign all the paperwork. More
We visited Mungenast Honda to look at a CR-V. Unfortunately we couldn't get our financing in order to purchase it and it ended up being sold, but that's life. Everyone is extremely friendly and excellent customer service. I work in customer service and thats what I look for when I'm putting money into something. I had a bad experience a couple of days ago at another dealership and then my boyfriend and I came here yesterday and were blown away. Gina greeted us at the door and she was busy with somoene else but still made sure we were acknowledged. Clayton came to help us and didn't get to help us finish the car deal because he had a meeting but was very friendly and later on he was helping us with our car on how to work it. Gina found us a great deal on to lease and did everything possible for us to get a car. I can't thank you enough. Ivo helped us go through the papers and explained everything to us and was cracking jokes with us. It made our first time leasing a car more enjoyable and relaxing. I can't thank you guys enough. No wonder it says number one in customer service beause you do everything possible for the customer and I will be coming to you guys for a very long time. Thank you!! More

We mentioned to Joe during our test drive, that if we decide to buy – we will inform him via email. He did not pressure us at all. He was very friendly and very informative during our first visit. 2. Sale and Negotiation: We did necessary research about CRV, and requested quote for 2012 CRV EXL trim after two weeks via email. It took us only four emails to finalize our deal. It was win-win situation for both of us because we did not waste our time in salesman office for negotiation. He was very professional in his emails and with his promises. 3. Second Visit: We went to St. Louis Honda to sign our necessary paperwork for pre-order (since we were very picky). During our visit, we cut $100 more for CRV-EXL. Joe completed pre-order process and we were out of the store within 30 minutes. Joe was very patience and very professional. 4. Big-day: As Joe promised, our new CRV-EXL was ready to pick-up at sharp 5:00 pm. We finished our final paper works. Joe and Ivo helped us to get better rate for our auto finance. Joe was very knowledgeable about CRV and he explained us all important CRV functions in detailed. We had very good car buying experienced with Joe at St. Louis Honda. I made an appointment to checkout a Certified Honda with Gary. It was at the sales door entrance waiting for my appointment. The truck had been detailed and looked as if it were new. After the check-out drive, Gary showed me the Car-Fax data and then worked on the price for me. He was very low key, congenial and friendly. After reviewing all the data that weekend, I called Gary the following Saturday to agree to the purchase. The sales and transfer papers were prepared with Gary, then with the Finance Mgr, Javier Terrazas. Javier presented the additional options available in the sale, and again, no pressure, low key and very friendly. My total impression of these two employees: they are a great asset to the company.
