Bought a used Nissan from them in April of 2011. They claimed it passed a hundred point inspection. After test driving the car and deciding to buy, the second day out, the car over heated. Took it in, they couldn't find anything wrong with it. This happened once a week for a month. Finally asked them to do a full inspection of the car to determine what was wrong. They kept it for about three weeks and replaced something in the engine. A few weeks later, the car started acting up again, making strange noises. This time, we took it to a Nissan dealership where they had to replace the catalytic converter. Over the next year, we poured hundreds of dollars into this car on things that should have passed the "hundred point inspection". I'm absolutely furious with the dealership. I will never shop here again and I advise everybody to either go to different dealership or have another individual inspect their used cars before you buy. If Dave Mungenast wouldn't drive this car himself, he shouldn't have sold it. Without the repairs we had to make to the car, it simply wasn't safe. More

A friend recommended that we see Shan Herwig when she learned we were interested in buying a new Honda. We were not disappointed! We made an appointment with Shan for a Saturday afternoon. We were debating between two different models of Honda and, after listening to our automobile needs, Shan agreed with us that the Accord EX-L would best suit those needs. St. Louis Honda had the model and color (exterior and interior) we were looking for. Shan guided us through the purchase with such ease -- including the handling of our trade-in (a Honda Civic that we had purchased at St. Louis 7 years ago). My husband (a retired mechanic) had a couple of things he wanted looked at. Service Advisor John Vandiver had everything taken care of before we even finished the paperwork. Mr. Terrazas (JT) handled our paperwork and financing very efficiently and quickly. This was the best car buying experience we ever experienced. Everyone was friendly and professional and, best of all, we love our new Accord! More
