I recently purchase a Honda motorcyle from Mungenast Motorsports. After a long search for the bike I was looking for, the dealership had the model I was looking for. They were very upfront about what they could offer and after a short negotiation we arrived at a fair price. I had searched Nationally and knew what other dealerships were offering and overall this was the best offer. I financed part of the bike and that process was seamless and very simple Tom Hansen was great to work with. Overall the dealership was very fair and honest, the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Gabe is the type of person who wants to be sure your happy with what your purchasing and knew the bikes well. Overall very accommodating and I'll continue to work with them on maintaining my bike. After a long search for car decided on Honda. Next and almost more important was business ethics / conduct of the dealer. Read web sites for weeks and Mungenast had no issues on dealer rater and BBB A+ ra almost more important was business ethics / conduct of the dealer. Read web sites for weeks and Mungenast had no issues on dealer rater and BBB A+ rating with torch award for ethics in business. I had previous bad experience with sleezy / lying car dealers but this renewed my hope for the industry. Honest, pleasant, no pushy etc. Beth is new to car sales and great and Mat was the best F&I guy I have dealt with. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who asked and will probably buy my wife a new car there in the next 12 months. More

We had the good fortune to have Gina greet us the first of many (okay we were a bit indecisive) visits. After that first meeting, each time we returned, we would request Gina to help us, and each time, sh of many (okay we were a bit indecisive) visits. After that first meeting, each time we returned, we would request Gina to help us, and each time, she greeted us with warmth, understanding and wonderful sense of humour. Her knowledge of the various models and options was impressive. After our 9th (or was it 10th) visit, we purchased a Honda CRV EXL from Gina and so far, have been very pleased with the car. We would certainly come back to Gina and Mungenast St. Louis Honda if we needed another car. More

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring minivan from Dave Mungenast Honda in St. Louis. Gina Bommarito was our salesperson for the entire process, and was extremely pleasant to wor Touring minivan from Dave Mungenast Honda in St. Louis. Gina Bommarito was our salesperson for the entire process, and was extremely pleasant to work with throughout. We began our journey with her back at the end of June, but put off final purchase until Aug 25th. Of course, we visited other dealerships, and requested quotes from them, but Gina's beat our best offer (the one that we were promised was the lowest price anywhere in the St. Louis area) by $300 right off the bat. When we asked for further concessions, she was very willing to put them in front of management without question, and we were given them, no hassles at all. Thus, our total savings over what we were told was our best offer was $1000. This without any attitude whatsoever, and very little haggling. When we showed up to take posession of the vehicle, she was very receptive, had the vehicle ready to go, and got us the assistance we needed from the rest of the dealership quickly. The rest of our experience at Mungenast was the same; we were treated with the utmost respect the entire time, even when my wife continued to press for concessions from the person handling our financing. When the purchase was complete, Gina continued to provide us service by spending as much time with us as we needed, explaining features on the new vehicle. If you have ever been car shopping in your life, you know that service varies greatly from dealership to dealership. I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences purchasing a car that my wife and I have ever had. If you are looking for a new Honda, then I would highly recommend working with Gina; she is great! Thanks again Gina for your excellent service! More

I had dealt with Dave Mungenast St. Louis Acura since 1990 when I bought my first Acura. They have always provided outstanding service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them since that time. When it came time to get a car for our daughter, I contacted my Acura sales rep who referred me to Gina at their Honda dealership. She spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone as I tried to determine if it would be better to lease or purchase. We were unable to make a purchase at that time, but I contacted her 2 months later and made arrangements for a visit. My daughter immediately liked her (a HUGE plus!) She was very helpful in picking out a vehicle. We had planned to visit other dealerships that day, but instead decided to purchase the vehicle that day. She was very fair in negotiating with us and threw in some nice features. When we went to pick the car up, she greeted us enthusiastically and went over the car with us. It had a tiny scratch on it, which she buffed out. We drove an hour from our house to purchase from this dealership despite the fact that we have a Honda dealership nearby. I think that says a lot. More
