Very accommodating and professional without being "cold". Very honest and forthright. Explained every thing and answered all questions satisfactorily and knowledgeably. Took the time to call and report results and progress on car repair. Mechanic worked with extended warranty company with true professionalism. This was an entirely satisfying experience that I have come to expect from Honda professionals. Will be recommending Mungenast Honda to all my "Facebook" friends, other friends, and family. Shan was absolutely fantastic! I wanted a blue, stick-shift Fit. I had had a less-than ideal experience at another dealer. When all I heard from everyone else was how hard it would be, blah, blah, stick-shift Fit. I had had a less-than ideal experience at another dealer. I WAS SOMEWHAT FAMILIAR WITH THE HONDA RANCHER ATV BECAUSE A FRIEND HAS ONE THAT I HAVE RIDDEN, BUT I DID NOT KNOW ALL OF THE POSSIBLE STANDARD EQUIPMENT COMBINATIONS AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE. MY SALES P BECAUSE A FRIEND HAS ONE THAT I HAVE RIDDEN, BUT I DID NOT KNOW ALL OF THE POSSIBLE STANDARD EQUIPMENT COMBINATIONS AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE. MY SALES PERSON WAS JIM DILLON AND HE NEW THE PRODUCTS VERY WELL. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND THEN I TOLD HIM WHICH ATV I WANTED A PRICE ON. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE AND I EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD BE BUYING AN ATV ON THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY AND HE WOULD ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE TO GIVE ME HIS BEST PRICE. I DO NOT LIKE GOING BACK AND FORTH NEGOTIATING PRICES BECAUSE I FEEL IF THEY GIVE ME A BETTER DEAL LATER THEN I WAS NOT OFFERED THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE WHEN REQUESTED. JIM GAVE ME THE PRICE AND STUCK TO IT. OTHER DEALERS HAD 2012 AND 2013 MODELS FOR SALE AND I WAS CONSIDERING A 2011 MODEL WITH JIM. I JUST FELT THAT FOR THE MONEY, THE 2011 WOULD BE MY BEST DEAL AND I BOUGHT THE ATV A FEW HOURS AFTER TALKING WITH JIM DILLON. HE HAD THE UNIT READY WHEN I ARRIVED, WE TOOK CARE OF THE NECESSARY PAPER WORK AND THEN HE PERSONALLY LOADED THE ATV ONTO MY PICKUP TRUCK. ALL WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. I DID PURCHASE IN ADVANCE A SERVICE AGREEMENT AND I FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WILL ALSO TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME. JIM DID TAKE ME OVER TO THE SERVICE DEPT AND INTRODUCED ME TO THE SERVICE MANAGER. More
Greg was a wonderful salesperson. I am intentionally VERY hard to deal with when buying a car and try to come across as a fed up consumer. It is a game in a way, and I like to win. Greg was always calm, fact based, and very friendly. He went out of his way to get the car at the dealership, that the owner had taken home to his personal collection. Tim played the part of the hardass sales manager, but was always courteous and friendly and in the end I bought the car I wanted, at a price point I was very happy to pay. I would highly recommend dealing with Mungenast Honda for your new or used vehicle purchase. More
I had researched many vehicles and dealerships in the area before deciding to purchase my new Honda CR-V from Mungenast Honda. Based on her many outstanding reviews, I made an appointment to meet with Gi area before deciding to purchase my new Honda CR-V from Mungenast Honda. Based on her many outstanding reviews, I made an appointment to meet with Gina Bommarito for a test drive. We initially communicated for the most part by e-mail, because it is my practice to get the majority of pricing, availabilty and vehicle information in advance of actually visiting a dealership. Gina was extremely responsive and prompt with any information I requested. When I came in for the test drive, Gina was equally impressive -- always helpful and infornmative, but never pushy in any way. She played no games. The terms we agreed to prior to my doing the test drive remained the same throughout the entire process. I believe the price was fair for both parties. There were no surprises -- except for the fact that this was the first vehicle purchase I can remember that was actually pleasant. Other dealers should take notes! When it came time to take delivery of the vehicle, Gina saw that everything continued to progress smoothly through to the finance department. After that, she was ready to go over the details of the vehicle, explaining the different instrumentation and answering any questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed or as though my questions were taking up too much of her time. Only a few days after purchase, I had a minor follow-up matter and called Gina. She was very helpful in putting me in touch with the appropriate contact person at the dealership. This is the part of customer service that often doesn't happen -- service "after the sale". After my experience at Mungenast Honda, I would not hesitate to recommed this dealership without reservation. Specifically, I cannot say enough about Gina Bommarito. Her ability to communicate with customers, coupled with her obvious knowledge of the business is an asset to the dealership. The title sales "professional" fits her well. More
