My husband and I had gone to four different dealerships total (only one other Honda dealership, which was the only one we had gone to that day) before we ended up at St. Louis Honda. We were disappointed a total (only one other Honda dealership, which was the only one we had gone to that day) before we ended up at St. Louis Honda. We were disappointed and frustrated with our car shopping experience thus far, as all of the salesmen we had worked with were pushy and insincere. By the time we got to St. Louis Honda, we knew exactly what we wanted, but were just waiting for the right person to sell it to us. We came in to St. Louis Honda, where we were introduced to Gina. She was GREAT! Friendly, yet down to business. We told her exactly what we wanted, and she found it for us at the price we wanted to pay. She never once tried to talk us into anything we didn't want, nor did she try to talk us out of paying for the car the way we wanted to pay for it (Unlike another salesman at another dealership, who told us that he made more money if we financed, so he discouraged us from writing a check and paying for it all at once! Seriously, who tells that to a customer?!). We got the feeling that Gina was being honest with us, and we really appreciated that she found what we wanted quickly without any of the extra B.S. that we found typically comes with buying a car. After a long day of sitting around at another dealership with another dealer trying to push us into cars and methods of payment that we didn't prefer, the service Gina gave was just what we needed! We would absolutely recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Gina!! More

A friend of mine recommended Shan after a bad experience at a different dealership. I called her and immediately set up an appointment. Instead of talking me into something I didn't really want she FOUND exactly what I was looking for just by talking to me and gauging my likes, dislikes, and price range. It took a couple weeks to find the perfect car but I would get updates from Shan regularly about the status of the car. Since it was my first time buying a car, Shan was very patient and helpful. At the end of the day, I got the perfect car for a GREAT price! More
