St. Louis Honda has a team of associates both tenured and new that care about one thing, making sure the customer is first and taken care of. Gina took the time while my wife decided on not only the right vehicle but also the right color. Although they did not have the color she wanted Gina took care of getting one from another dealership. As it turned out, the dealer more than met my initial requirements. Pricing was very upfront as was trade-in value. Once we had worked up our agreement, Finance Specialist, Javier, very thoroughly took us through the process of signing for the car including the details of the .9% financing program. The service department very quickly contacted us, setting up an appointment at our convenience, and Service Advisor, Joe, keep us completely informed about the process and completion of the work. We had made a deal to buy an Odyssey at another dealer, and they did not deliver on their price or promise to have my new car ready. I had previously talked with Jane about the same model and she had quote and they did not deliver on their price or promise to have my new car ready. When our first deal fell through, while we were traveling over 100 miles to pick it up, I called Jane and told her the situation. She did not have the color I wanted on the lot, but called around and found it for me. I was able to come home that evening in my new Odyssey. I love this van! And Jane was so nice to work this out for us since we were coming from so far and were already frustrated with the other dealership. She had all the paperwork ready when we arrived, so all we had to do was financing work with Jason. It was nice to see people be so helpful, after such a bad experience elsewhere. More
