Because of this, we chose to go with Mungenast. The negotiation process was relatively easy and our salesperson (Josh Ulrich) was very patient with us while we looked at a number of vehicles in varying interior/exterior colors and options to make sure we made the best possible selection to meet our wants and needs. The finance department explored all the additional warranty offers and made no attempt to pressure us into purchasing an option we were not comfortable with selecting. Overall, our experience at Mungenast St. Louis Honda was top-notch and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new automobile. More

She answered many of my questions and really made me feel comfortable moving forward with a test drive. This was my first experience buying a new car on my own, so it definitely felt great dealing with someone so obviously trustworthy. At the recommendation of a friend, I also worked with Josh Ulrich, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He set me up with the test drive, helpfully explained all of the features, and assuaged all of my concerns (and there were many!) over buying a new car! Again, a very straight shooter. He was very upfront about pricing and what kind of wiggle room we could get. He told me exactly what to expect for the day and how long I would be in the dealership, who I would meet with and what would happen every step of the way. I've never financed a car, or purchased a new car before, so it was very calming to know what the day had in store for me! He even lent a car to my friend so she could run out and grab us lunch while I filled out paperwork! After everything was said and done, Josh still took the time to set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car, showed me all of the stereo and menu features, and made sure I had all of my questions answered before I drove off the lot! 5 star service at Mungenast, I will definitely recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family! After a round trip to Toronto Canada, our 12 year old Honda Accord developed a severe oil leak. We checked the Service Department and Brian Johnson was not working that day but was due back the next Honda Accord developed a severe oil leak. We had the car towed over that afternoon and husband was there the next morning to explain the problem to Brian. He also suggested that the car be pushed into the service center since the dip stick registered no oil. As usual, Brian provided excellent service. By 2 that afternoon, the problem was taken care of and all repairs made. As stated in a previous review, we will only deal with Brian and have always had excellent, dependable service at a reasonable price. Over the years, we have been totally satisfied with the service at Munganast St Louis Honda and especially totally satisfied with Brian's excellent work. As long as Brian Johnson is working for Munganast St Louis Honda, I am sure we will have many, many more years of service out of our 12 year old Honda Accord. JBC More

My husband and I were looking for a specific year, color and options on a Honda Odyssey. We had found one online in the St. Louis area- unfortunately after driving almost 100 miles to test drive it, the de and options on a Honda Odyssey. We decided to stop and eat with family in St. Louis area. As we complained, my cousin told us to call Josh Ulrich. He and his wife had purchased two cars from Josh. They were happy with how he handled the sales and his followup with them. As we left dinner, I called Josh. I told him our problem with another dealer in the St. Louis area, then I gave him a description of the car we wanted. The next day, Josh called- he had the exact car we wanted! That night after work, we again drove the 100+ miles to St. Louis. Josh met us, we drove the car, and within 2 hours were headed home with it. Josh has since followed up by phone and email- checking that we are happy with the purchase. We have always been satisfied with the deals we were given. We always take our Hondas back to St. Louis Honda for service and have been very satisfied with the overall service we have received. The latest service was on our 2005 Honda Odyssey which needed body repair to the right front bumper that was damaged in the car wash. The same car developed a significant leak in the radiator when we picked it up and the service department made a replacement of the radiator and did some touch up on a scratch on the right rear bumper. All work was done promptly and well thanks to the cooperation of the service manager. More
