My wife and I went through some indecisiveness during the process over a few weeks. During the process, Josh was patient, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and never showed any sign of pushing for a decision. After each visit, Josh would tell us to call him if any questions or concerns. And wouldn't contact us, but let us decide when to contact him. Then back through the same routine.
