ABSOLUTELY HORRID DEALERSHIP!!! I had to choose a star to leave a review, but I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the chance. I bought my 2nd car ever at this dealership back in 2012. I had one of the worst experiences ever, spending a total of 11 1/2 hours at the dealership because they "forgot" to submit my paperwork to the banks. Then after they did, it still took forever because the salesman was terrible and I suppose the finance person back then had better things to do. All said and done, a different finance guy came in and got me taken care of. But I was still very upset by how long I spent here. Flash forward to December, 2014. I wanted a new car. There was NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING, wrong with my car. I just wanted a smaller SUV because I wanted to sit up higher. I found one, and liked it a lot. I had told the salesman prior to coming about the terrible experience I had before, and how I was super hesitant about returning to this dealership. He assured me he would take care of me and I wouldn't have an experience like I did. Brian P in Finance helped with this deal, and he's FANTASTIC!!! He's the ONLY person I prefer to deal with. So I bought the car, took it home, and really liked it. 13 days after having the car, a bunch of lights regarding engine, hybrid, traction control and stabilitrak came on. Took it in and they said they couldn't find anything wrong, and maybe it was a loose wire. Said they unplugged all the wires and plugged them back in and it was good to go. Picked the car up 5 days later, and later that night on the way home, the SAME lights came back on. Took it in the next day, and they ended up having my car for 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!! Said that the engine censor module was failing, and they would get GM to replace it. Only GM said they only replace things when they go completely out, and it hadn't yet. I didn't feel comfortable driving it and explained my concern, and they said they would go buy the part themselves and replace it. Great! Or so I thought. Get the car back after 2 weeks, and at this point, they had my car in their possession longer than I had since purchasing the vehicle. I am beyond pissed at this point! 2 DAYS after having the car, the SAME LIGHTS came BACK ON!!!!! I furiously called the Used Car Director Tim Farace, and told him I didn't want the car now. It seemed like it was MY fault they sold me a lemon. If it's having this many problems, obviously it's a xxx and I don't want it. So I took the car back, and had to get another one from there, which I'm not happy about. But since they took my trade in, I was either going to have them buy my car back and send me on my way with no car and no way to get anywhere, or get another car from them. I think that's absolutely horrible customer service. They knew I had no other car to get to another dealership and didn't offer me a way there. I was also told they had put about 300 miles on my car. After getting it back, I saw they put well over 650 miles on my car. Totally not the same, thanks. And they only offered me a free oil change, and after I complained, offered me 2 more oil changes and a tire rotation. Uh, no thanks. Anishur in service was spectacular also. He was always very informative and always was pleasant and answered any questions I had, or found out the answer if he didn't know. Also, I had left messages with just about every single person in the office, including but not limited to the General Manager Tim Bonagirio, his assistant, other people besides Brian P in finance, the customer service department , etc, and NO ONE likes to return phone calls. It took me being a total xxxxx and telling the operator who answers the phone when you initially call to get me to an ACTUAL PERSON because I was not leaving another xxxx message to actually get something accomplished. Do not buy from here. You will be highly disappointed as their customer service is absolutely atrocious and horrid. To comment on their comment of my review................. I'm sorry you feel that way. I should have never had to ask for things to be corrected or things in general to be done PERIOD. Those things should have been corrected in the first place. If your dealership wouldn't have sold me a car with so many problems, you wouldn't have had to buy the car back. Just saying. If you guys were #1 in customer service like you all claim to be, you would have given great customer service the FIRST time. Bottom line. I stand behind my review of you guys being a terrible dealership, apart from Brian P and Anoushir. There were things your dealership and customer relations department could have done to make my experience better, but simply chose not to. More

She is the best sales associate we have ever worked with. It was a great experience working with her. Within a few minutes of meeting Shan we were test driving a car. She listened to what our needs were and made sure we would be happy with our purchase. She provides stellar service. We are already talking about purchasing another Honda from her. Honest & Fair - they won't jack you around. Second time within less than a year we purchased cars from this dealership. We gave them a price and they stuck to our budget.
