The atmosphere at the dealership is friendly and Gina and Bob worked made sure all our questions were answered, even going to another building to get a DVD to try out. The only area for improvement would be an overall demo and review of vehicle features. Cars these days have a lot of bells and whistles. Luckily the Honda manual is good and the dealership is willing to help us out over the phone or in person at the dealership. More

Lease to Lien Rob we extremely helpful when I told him of my situation. I previously had a 2012 CRV that I was leasing and after about a year into the lease my job Rob we extremely helpful when I told him of my situation. I previously had a 2012 CRV that I was leasing and after about a year into the lease my job moved further east and I had to move further west. I went from putting 5 miles round trip to and from work to 50 miles. Needless to say I was well over my lease limit in miles. Rob worked with me and my budget which enabled me to purchase this vehicle. I'm so happy I don't have to worry about mileage anymore. :) More

We were very impressed with the way he was so welcoming and did not put any pressure at all for us to purchase the vehicle on our first visit. Mind you it took us three visits before we finally decided to get a vehicle. We did see a vehicle that matched the features we liked but we went ahead and still came back to Rick because we liked him so much we wanted to purchase a vehicle from him instead. I was looking at a Rav4, Rogue or CRV. Really it was a toss up. I was about to leave work when I noticed a vehicle had just been entered in online at just before 5 pm. There were no pics yet. So I sent an email asking about pics. 2 minutes later as I walked out of work, I received an email from Kurt, my future salesman. He said he would personally send a couple of pics himself to me. In fact, before pics were on the Internet, he sent to me first. Kurt answered all my questions and looked out for MY interest. He held the CRV until I could get there to look at. The CRV was awesome. I'm sure I would not have it now without Kurt. Kurt was honest and knowledgeable. Showed me everything on the CRV. He was also patient and never showed any pressure. Very relaxed and forthcoming. Best car buying experience I've ever had. And I've bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. Also, Brandon in the finance department was also very friendly and made the financing part painless.
