Bankruptcy is a humbling and embarrassing situation to find yourself, not to mention, the urgent need to find a suitable transportation replacement. On my first visit, Tiffany was straight up about my impending financial status and the opportunities allotted. When the time arrived to purchase a vehicle, I was so relieved and very impressed to find I could honestly trust her word and that she listened to me and was able to brighten my day with a bit of a discounted monthly payment, as I requested. You can't imagine the esteem I felt as I drove away the same day in a beautiful Honda Civic EXL. Shan was kind and patient and extremely understanding. Shan makes you rethink the stereotype of a car salesperson. She is incredibly knowledgeable, open to all questions, a great listener and there is nothing more inviting that working with a Sales person who loves her job, her company, her owners, and more importantly, her co-workers and customers.
