Tom contacted the warranty company and was able to offer me a good extended warranty for an additional four years. I had purchased a previous scooter somewhere else and the experience was good but working with Mungenast Motorsports was far superior. I really felt good after buying the Scooter. First bike purchase couldn't have gone better I visited this dealership a couple of times after doing a ton of research for my first bike. I had essentially decided that I wanted an Indian Scout 6 I visited this dealership a couple of times after doing a ton of research for my first bike. I had essentially decided that I wanted an Indian Scout 60 before ever stepping foot in the building. After requesting more information online, I got a call from Jim Wagner to give me some info about the bike and deals going on at the time. He let me know that they had a 0% interest deal going on through the following Monday. This moved up my bike purchase timeline considerably, but ended up being perfect timing. I really appreciated the heads up from Jim about the deal, because it's hard to beat 0% financing. Over the next few days, as I finished my MSF course, I spoke with Jim Wagner and Tom Hansen multiple times with a million questions that they were more than happy to answer. They were extremely helpful and made my first motorcycle purchase much less stressful that I expected and very enjoyable too. Since then, I've spoke with Jim multiple times coordinating accessory installation and my 500 mile service and he has been just as helpful.
