Our family owns three Hondas, and I discovered this morning that the deal is not good for the car needing the service. There is no negotiating on this point, despite the fact that I've given this company tons of business over the past 25 years. The service person on the phone seemed to infer that they won't tolerate any fraud on these promotions. I think their marketing department should revisit these so-called incentives.. Here's why: A $79.95 wheel alignment is an OK price for dealer work, but not competitive at all from an independent garage. A $19.95 oil change is fairly average. Why would anyone fraudulently try to take advantage of this? I think the incentive only works for consumers who already prefer dealer services, and if that's the case, why not let the incentive apply to any Honda vehicle brought in for service, especially when it's been worked on before? The promotion also runs the risk of ticking people off and writing bad reviews. So yes, Mungenast, I tossed your pretty slick tri-fold in the trash today and will subsequently do the same for any more restricted "promotions" you offer. More

Efficient, friendly and wonderful customer service. My most recent visit here was my first after a complete renovation of the dealership. Amazing! A waiting area with complementary beverages, donuts and popcorn--bigger than before. But, that's not the best part. There are two additional customer areas---one for parents with children and a separate "quiet" room for business, reading or, in one case, sleeping. I visited them all. Super! More

2017 Civic Coupe We were originally looking for a '16 coupe and Mungenast was the only dealer that had one in the EX-L trim. After sending an email, Joe responded and we settled on a price. However; it was already sold by the time he went to tag it but Joe offered us a '17 coupe for the price we settled on plus the difference in MSRP between the two ($200). We couldn't resist that and Joe worked with us on a late Saturday afternoon to get in/get out in as little time as possible. In purchasing seven cars in my lifetime, I've only had two good experiences and this was one of them. More
