But, I was extremely pleased to work with Rob Carroll who could not have been any better in every respect. He listened to my description of what I was interested in and why and proceeded to meet every expectation from initial meeting through negotiating and to final delivery of my new CRV. My appointment got scheduled for shortly before their closing time the next day due to my work schedule, but I never felt rushed and everyone was super friendly. When I came back the next day to sign the paperwork, they made the process super quick and easy, and I was on my way with my new car at a very fair price.
