Thought it was bad gas (as I had just filled up) or transmission going (car is 17 years old). Then engine light came on the next day. I rushed into Mungenast St Louis Honda. They took me right away and determined two sensors were 'dead'. First time for that! Chris Taylor was my service consultant. He was wonderful as usual, explaining cause and cost. Always alerts me to any discounts too. Certified Technician R. Quick fixed my car. Thank you! That is why been going there many years and will continue to do so. More

Gina Bommarito was a pleasure to work with, and actually made it possible for us to order the new Odyssey since my wife and I were having a very difficult time agreeing on exactly which model and color we wanted. Gina was VERY patient, and we ended up making our decision and taking delivery of a beautiful 2018 Odyssey Elite. Beverley Nahlik in the Finance Dept was also very easy to work with. I've had unpleasant experiences with finance people in the past at other dealerships, but Beverley was very helpful and friendly, and she too was very patient. Great experience purchasing my 2017 Civic! I recently purchased a Civic Ex-T Sedan and could not be happier! My salesperson, Rob Carroll, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I felt like I could trust him to assist me in making the best choice of car to fit my needs. I would recommend visiting Rob if you are in the market for a Honda in or around the St. Louis area. If you're not yet sold on a Honda, go in and take a test drive--you will probably make a quick decision to purchase one! Amanda Olson was the expert on the new technology that came with the vehicle, and was great at explaining the features. Zak Klump worked with us in Finance to explain the different options for extended service. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and we had fun watching him use the giant screen on the desktop. Overall we had a great experience at Mungenast St. Louis Honda. I highly recommend the dealership! More

Extended Warranty NOT Honored The AC Compressor is failing on my 2010 Honda CRV. I took it to a local shop and they notified me of a recall/extended warranty. Honda notified me that if I had called before 6/3/17, it would be covered but it is not now. I have been having this problem since mid-June but was not aware of the extention . The customer service piece here is incredibly disappointing. There are many vehicle options out there and a premium is paid to own a Honda for quality and customer service. Now I am in the position of deciding whether to pay thousands of dollars to repair something that Honda is aware was a problem or purchase a new vehicle. Both of these which speak to the "quality" and "customer service" of Honda poorly. Can you provide me with a reason to now go car shopping for another Honda vehicle? Or to recommend Honda to anyone I know? Currently I cannot think of any. More
