Trade with Rob Carroll We were looking to make a decision to trade in either my 2011 Honda Pilot or my wife's CR-V 2014. Our goal was to have the most economical choice and We were looking to make a decision to trade in either my 2011 Honda Pilot or my wife's CR-V 2014. Our goal was to have the most economical choice and have a vehicle that was comfortable for trips with good gas mileage. Historically we have always used the Pilot for trips as the 2014 was not as comfortable for me and had more road noise. As the Pilot has 85,000 miles and continues to be a great vehicle with all service done by your shop and has the room to haul things, I didn't really want to lose that convenience. Rob worked with us and the best economical trade was the 2014 CR-V. Until Rob pointed out all of the improvements of the CR-V 2018, I was skeptical. After driving the Touring CR-V 2018 and experiencing the driving and the increased interior size, my wife and I chose to make the trade from her 2014. Rob was professional and listened to our needs. He was informative and down to earth without being patronizing or pushy. My wife had spoke to a different sales person earlier in the year when she had her car in for service about the 2018 pilots and potential for trading my Pilot. As it turned out, timing is of the essence and Rob did a great job of working with us and making the best deal for us. We are loyal customers with several Honda purchases and use the service department exclusively for our cars! Wishing you continued success and personal thanks to Rob! More

I work with sales representative Bob Carroll: I call Bob about a car in the Mungenast inventory, Bob has the vehicle out front when I arrive for a test drive and a price proposal ready when I return; one or two iterations on options and price and the deal is done and I'm on the road in about 2-hours elapsed time. Outstanding. My experience with the service department is the same, and the family members drive their Hondas about 200,000-miles, wrecks notwithstanding, so I work with Honda Service on regular intervals. Excellent Customer Service! As a new college grad, I was not completely sure about which model Accord would be best for me. Rob was so patient as I test drove several cars before deciding on the Honda Accord Sport. They did not have the color that I wanted and Rob researched the incoming inventory and kept me updated along the way on when my new car would arrive. Rob was so helpful, professional and friendly throughout the process. He was very responsive to my questions and called me back very quickly each time. He walked me through every step of the way and there were no surprises at all. I visited many dealerships and another Honda dealership closer to my home, but it was Rob that ultimately had me sold on Mungenast Honda. Guiding us through the maze of new Honda vans was the most incredible car salesman......Rob Carroll!!! As I am a "people person", I knew from the minute we met Rob that this man knew his cars and, along the way he was anticipating our questions by giving us the information we were going to ask for. I cannot speak highly enough for Rob........he was there for my wife and myself at every step of the purchasing process........by helping us to decide on theeeee van that would best serve our needs and desires. Friendly, knowledgeable, ready to assist with any and all decisions, I now realize we have a real friend at Mungenast......Rob Carroll. And for this new friendship, I want to personally thank Rob for all of the help he gave in guiding us through the purchase process!!!! As I begin to go through the manual and try to understand some of the things I must do, I am having second thoughts about the lack of real training we were to receive by Megan. She went so fast for my wife and I that we did NOT get the information that we need now to utilize some of the computer items that are on the dashboard screen!!!! I am have difficulty getting some the things done . Should not the Prsonalized Settings Worksheet have been completed prior to seeing her, as we do not understand so much of this. It appears from that sheet that we should have had the time to check certain boxes that we wanted assistance with......right???? And the worst part of this is the fact that we are leaving by the end of the week, if not earlier, with our new Odyssey and will be out of the state for almost three months and will be in WY at our summer home. I spent almost 2.5 hours this morning sitting in the car trying to understand more with the manual in my lap and working with the buttons and screen, but at times to no avail. Megan did not help us at the time she flew through those instructions, shortly after we had purchased the car!!!! More

I test drove two cars and was there for a few hours while I made my decision and picked out my car from the lot.....he even provided me lunch while I waited for Finance.
