This recent buying experience of a 2018 Accord went extremely well. I dealt with salesman Rob Carroll, and he couldn't have done better. He never once tried to pressure me, he greeted me the minute I walked into the showroom and showed an interest in providing me with a car that fit my needs. When I had questions he had answers and he explained things in a manner which I could understand. I found him to be honest , sincere and very helpful in the overall experience of buying a new car. Wheel/rim Repair With only 10,000 miles on my new car, I accidentally rubbed my back wheel on a curb and I honestly didn’t think it could be repaired. I called my salesman Kurt Marty and he reassured me it more than likely could be fixed . Tracy Peters in the service department was wonderful to deal with. I needed a loaner car and also needed my car completed no later than 3 PM on Friday. Tracy called the company that does the repairs to confirm they could meet the deadline. Not only did I get my car on time but the rim looks amazing! It was damaged badly in two places and somehow they fixed it. I also need to add the fact that Tracy is a very patient man.....I’m sure I tested his patience that night. Ha. Thank you Kurt and Tracy!! More
