Met expectations Appeared that the service rep did not review the past history of my car. He asked me if certain things needed to be done. For example when were the t Appeared that the service rep did not review the past history of my car. He asked me if certain things needed to be done. For example when were the tires last rotated? When were the wiper blades last changed? The battery appears to be old, has it been replaced? FYI, all service work since we purchased the vehicle in 2011 has been done by Mungenast. Great service! But when I send my daughter's car in to be serviced, I expect Mungenast to know what and when service was completed. I will always take my car to Mungenast, but come-on guys! Let's step it up. She was professional, courteous, hard working and efficient. She made the buying process a pleasure, unlike many trying and difficult experiences in the past. We left feeling that we were given a fair deal and having worked with someone who was trustworthy and honest. We hope to purchase another vehicle in the spring as our youngest turns 16, and our first dealership of choice will be Shan and Mungenast Honda. More
