Poor customer service and lack of communication. We were emailing back and forth trying to set up a time to view a vehicle. He tells me they close at 5:30pm and I told him that I wouldn't be able We were emailing back and forth trying to set up a time to view a vehicle. He tells me they close at 5:30pm and I told him that I wouldn't be able to make it until 5:15pm, "so maybe we should schedule for another day", thinking that I don't want to be rude and show up right at close. This was at 1:00pm. He doesn't respond to my email all day, so I leave work at 5:00pm and drive home (an hour away). When I get home I check my phone and he sent me a snarky email at 5:41 pm telling me he's waiting on me? THEN I get an even snarkier email from him the next morning complaining about how he was waiting on me until 6:15pm and he would have appreciated a phone call. Really? Maybe if you would have read and responded to my email, I would have known you were willing to stay late and you would have sold a car. Now, I'm not going to be purchasing anything from you or your dealership after your rude unprofessional emails. More
