We went into Dave Knapp looking for a all wheel drive. They worked until they found us a car in our price range. They were fabulous and actually made the process fun! I highly recommend them! Took two days and forgot my car So I had my rims done, cost around $1,000.00. When the rims got there they realized that it was missing the cap for the lug-nuts. the cap itself cost So I had my rims done, cost around $1,000.00. When the rims got there they realized that it was missing the cap for the lug-nuts. the cap itself cost $100 each and we couldn't order them because it was on strike. They told us it would take about 3 to 4 hours to put on the rims. Well, 5 o'clock rolls around and we didn't receive a single call, so we decide to call them back. They told us they were keeping it overnight. The next day they forgot that my car was even there! More

Worst service by a dealership ever!!!!!! Scheduled an appointment to service my 2011 Escape for 4:.30 pm. Arrived at 4:37, asked for "The Works" and was told, "NO they would not do that bec Scheduled an appointment to service my 2011 Escape for 4:.30 pm. Arrived at 4:37, asked for "The Works" and was told, "NO they would not do that because there was not enough time." They sent me the coupon for The Works at $ 29.95. They charged me more for just changing the oil and multi point inspection, $30.79. What a rip off!!!! Not only did they refuse to do the advertised service, but attempted to refuse any service, until I pointed out I had made an appointment. I have also had to have the air conditioning repaired twice for the same problem in lees that a year. More
