I visited on a Thursday and was informed that the part I needed would have to be ordered. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and dropped off my vehicle as planned. After calling three times to check on the status, I finally reached someone and was told the part would need to be ordered again, and that warranty approval was still pending. I then set up another appointment for Wednesday and decided to wait during the installation. However, I was informed that the warranty had not been approved. This should have been handled when I first came in and was told the part needed to be ordered. Instead, I ended up wasting two additional days trying to resolve an issue that should have been addressed right away. To make matters worse, after contacting the warranty company that should have happened when the appointment was originally made a week earlier, I was told the part wasn’t covered—despite it clearly failing and my warranty being advertised as "bumper-to-bumper." It should not have taken three trips and a full week to find out the part wasn’t covered. The entire process was frustrating and poorly handled. More
