The sales force was not pushy, just very helpful in making the final decision of which car to buy. They even let us take the SRX (our final choice) home over night, to make sure this was the right choice for us. We have found the service department to be a first class operation also. They are very courteous and helpful. They make every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied, right down to a courtesy car wash. I am so glad that I could deal with Dave Kirk Automotive in Crossville and did not have to put up with the "big city" dealers. This is one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. More
