Went in to get my 2017 car serviced. It needed a lot of work...and I was reluctant to have all of the work done, as I had planned to trade it in next year. My wonderful salesperson, NICK It needed a lot of work...and I was reluctant to have all of the work done, as I had planned to trade it in next year. My wonderful salesperson, NICK SAYER, noted my hesitation, and scoured the inventory to find me a pre-owned car that met my needs. He brought it over to the dealership, and took me for a test drive. I bought the car!! Everyone I encountered was VERY nice and attentive. A GREAT experience!! A word about Nick Sayer. He is kind and has great patience. I am older, and not used to all of the newfangled buttons on a new car. He continues to help me learn how to use the vehicle to it's fullest. Thanks, Nick...for your great service!! More

Car that we thought about buying was some where else and couldn't see but nothing would be turned in till we looked at it. But that was a lie Paperwork was turned in Monday nite. So when we finally saw it wensday found out we were sold a bill of goods. As far as they were concerned we bought the car sight unseen on Monday. I felt like l had bent over spred my cheeks and violated. The sales manager smiled the whole time he was telling me I was had. So when I get some work done that he said they would fix. That will be my last experience with Dave Kirk chevrolet . More
