A salesman from another local dealership would direct all his attention to my husband ignoring "the wife" My Hallman salesman explained everything to both of us and in no way was condescending to me. He took the time to demonstrate how to use all of the features in the cars I was most interested in. This was my first time getting a car with blue link capabilities. I went back three times after purchasing my car to ask questions and I felt very comfortable and encouraged to come back as many times as I needed to learn about the features in the car. There is a huge difference in not only the make and model of a car but in the attention you get from the dealership.
