onstar sensor issue / oil change / car inspection while the service center did a good job checking the issues emailed by on-star and performing the state inspection, they forgot to do the requested oi while the service center did a good job checking the issues emailed by on-star and performing the state inspection, they forgot to do the requested oil change. this meant we had to return a second day to get the oil change done (which was a free service due to the car lease and the oil life was about 10% listed on car sensor).
