I shudder when I think back at my experience, still today. Called this dealership, really needing trusting, dependable service, as our daughter is a physician, busy schedule, 3 children already , all under 6, Called this dealership, really needing trusting, dependable service, as our daughter is a physician, busy schedule, 3 children already , all under 6, and was more than let down by this dealer's service department. Essentially, we needed a place that could inspect vehicle , including emissions, to satisfy city parameters - so we could not have it done in our small town. We were travelling through Erie, thought we could drop it off, pick up on way home - helping our daughter. Oh my ! Got there, and this - well I will refrain from calling an denigrating names - Rick, in service, talked us into a 50,000 mile change of all fluids, transmission, everything - making it sound so dangerous for our pregnant daughter if this was not done (how many of you folks spend $1500.00 on fluid changes at 45,000 miles on a Suburban?) that I bit, as it was close to closing time, our daughter was exhausted, on our way to our home - oh , what a bad experience. Anyways, lots more to the story, I called him at 7:30 the morning of the service, telling him to cancel the work, he told me the fluids were already drained (I'll let you conject about this, as I did, but could not disprove it over the phone ) and that was the beginning of the unravelling of so many things - also ending in him telling me one of the recently replaced tires was defective, but he would replace it for free, considering my distress over what he knew was being done to me - and he put an almost bald tire on ! And, this was after they inspected it ! Thank God my daughter and grand kids made it back to Cleveland (we picked it up after closing, on way back to Cleveland) and we went to a Tim Reilly , I think, Chevrolet dealership immediately and replaced it with a new tire. They just shook their heads -and of course could not say much. I followed up on this, with Hallman people, Chevrolet, Better Business Bureau - and, what complicated this was that I was not the owner, and my kids are busy physicians - ultimately , no redress, no remedy, and nothing to prevent this fellow from continuing to do this to others. I can only do this - try to warn people, and hopefully, alert people to be careful, wherever they go ! I am just thankful I only lost money. Shame, Shame, Shame . Many more than one person knows what was done there, at that dealership that day. All I know is that I called a Mark initially, referred me to a Rick in service - beware. Of course I called head of service, and more also - to no avail. I am indicating employees to best of my memory. More

Some car sal This is our second time buying from Hallman and honestly, we came back because of our great experience with Mike Maggio and Chris Fuller. Some car salesman give off the predator/prey vibe where it seems like they will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale. I’ve had bad experiences with other places that treat you good until you sign the paperwork and then you are left to deal with the mess they sold you. I never got that experience with Mike. He stays late, he never pressures, and he always follows up (not just once...like monthly!) Mike has made the car buying experience more like hanging out with a friend for a couple hours rather than buying a car. Also, both of our cars were just as described and not junk cars. No surprise issues with either. I would completely recommend this place and Mike Maggio to everyone. More

The Dealership not only took us serious on both by test driving, but made offers to us on each model. It was such a wonderful experience! Never thought the Dealer would present both. Was so great to cut to what we wanted vs being pushed to buy what they had ---but they did have on the lots exactly what we wanted. Then shown around the dealership to meet the Service Manager and the Sales Manager, so we could put a face to a voice in the future. Was a great day and we drove away in a car that we wanted. More

He always answer my calls and text and never sounded annoyed, bothered or in a hurry to get off the phone. You can tell Joe loves his job and loves Chevy trucks. More

great ! ! OK! I wish my car had maps without my having to pay more. The motor is a little too loud I wish I had more trunk space with automatic closing doo OK! But I do not know if I can trust leasing. I do not know if salesmen or women are trustworthy with me. As far as pricing goes. They are looking for how they can make more money. I guess I can not blame them for that. Car goes great in snow with All wheel drive. A larger car may have more in it but the cost is tooo high How often should I trade in my car??? Will I end up paying more than I can afford?? More
