My wife and I would highly recommend Dave Gill Chevrolet to anyone interested in a Chevrolet. This is our 2nd purchase of a vehicle from Dave Gill. When you visit the dealership you feel like you have known the dealership for a long, long time. The employees were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and were not aggressive or non-caring. The sales person we consulted with Mrs Tracey Laura was courteous, kind, friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortble. She had the KSA's (knowledge, skills and ability) to tell us all about the vehicle we were looking for. We tried two and settled on the Chevy Cruze. We knew it was the right car for us immediately. Mrs Laura than explained all the mechanical workings of the auto. We than went in and completed the deal. We than were given over to Mr. Don Rioux the finance manager, who really explained the sales contract. Than our new vehicle was filled with gas and Mrs Laura came out an explained the dash control panel and waited whle we were connected with On-Star and than my wife and I left happy with the new vehicle and the way Dave Gill and his employees treated us. I had a wonderful experience with my recent new vehicle purchase from Dave Gill. I had looked at their inventory online and was torn between interest in two different vehicles (car/SUV). When I arrived, he had both vehicles up front waiting for me. He then explained the features of each vehicle as well as the warranty info/dealer programs (very impressed with the detailed info) and offered me test drives. He made many inquiries which eventually assisted ME in making the decision on which vehicle was "best for me" without feeling he was pushing me re: either one.I've purchased many vehicles where the sales consultant leaves and others run in/out discussing price/offers to purchase different features, etc. I loved that Brad assisted me from the initial phone call thru handing me the key. The gentleman who assisted with the financial paperwork was just as knowledgeable & friendly. Management stepped in and introduced themselves, congratulated me on my purchase, and since my purchase, I received great follow up from Brad, the dealership & the service dept etc. It was an overall great experience and I would..and have.. recommend(ed) both Dave Gill and Brad to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson, Cory Ream, was great. He showed me several cars and once I picked the one I wanted, he processed the paperwork quickly. TRACEY WAS A GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH. I HAD BEEN OVER TO RICART LOOKING FOR A CAR AND THE DEALER I HAD JUST WASNT TRYING TO GET ME INTO ANYTHING HE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT MAKING A SALE. My wife and I were very pleased the way Brad North handled our purchase of our new Silverado 1500 truck, hint: my truck :) anyway, I was very pleased when I picked up my silverado Thursday evening. It didn't look like the same truck I purchased a few days ago. I do plan on having a bed cover put on which will help hide some things I will have in the back of the truck. I planning to get a tri-fold tounque cover. My overall experience with Dave Gill Chev staff was exceptional, no presure, no fuss, everyone we came in contact with were professional and very helpful. Mr. Don the financial manager was also exceptional and very professional and instrumental. He made sure all the forms were complete and finalized. I hope Brad North will be available for the next 10 years, because I like dealing with him because of his dedication to his customers, the willingness to go the extra mile to please his customers, exspecially this one :) Bran North will be a good assist to the Dave Gill Chev dealership. Out all my years of dealing with other salesmen, Brad North is rated A+ on my score card. So Brad don't loose this high rating, you have earned it. And last but not lease, my wife and I really noticed his being honest with us, that was truly a eye opener for us.
