Generally, I am apprehensive about the online inquiry processes for follow up sales. He made the process focused on finding the best vehicle to suit my needs. He was genuinely invested in the process from the start and carried that attention from start to finish. As has never been my experience in car buying, the process was quick painless and enjoyable, especially for this pensive, analytical shopper. I realize that coming in as a GM Supplier Discount recipient may not result in the same direct financial returns as someone coming off the street, but I was never treated as such. The principle reason I purchased the 2010 Tahoe vehicle was because of the dealership internet program. I was looking for a specific color vehicle and the internet photo's provided me the ability to view was because of the dealership internet program. I had to return for a repair that a dealer in medina ohio would not take care of, they said i shoul return to my selling dealer for the engine repairs they blew off. But in returning to dave gill for service was worth the drive there it was fantastic just like the purchase experiance. I will and have been refering anyone who needs a chevy to them and Joe Plantz. We bought our pickup truck at Dave Gill Chevrolet several years ago and because the service has been so outstanding we decided to go back to the dealership and buy a new Equinox. Although we were there for several hours on a Monday evening that is not a negative comment because we greatly appreciate the amount of time that the whole team spent with us. The Dave Gill team was involved in test driving and selecting the right vehicle for us and also the negotiation of possible trade-ins and financing options. We greatly appreciate how thorough and comprehensive the team was in helping us figure out all the "bells and whistles" on the Equinox.
