I had a wonderful experience with my recent new vehicle purchase from Dave Gill. I had looked at their inventory online and was torn between interest in two different vehicles (car/SUV). When I arrived, he had both vehicles up front waiting for me. He then explained the features of each vehicle as well as the warranty info/dealer programs (very impressed with the detailed info) and offered me test drives. He made many inquiries which eventually assisted ME in making the decision on which vehicle was "best for me" without feeling he was pushing me re: either one.I've purchased many vehicles where the sales consultant leaves and others run in/out discussing price/offers to purchase different features, etc. I loved that Brad assisted me from the initial phone call thru handing me the key. The gentleman who assisted with the financial paperwork was just as knowledgeable & friendly. Management stepped in and introduced themselves, congratulated me on my purchase, and since my purchase, I received great follow up from Brad, the dealership & the service dept etc. It was an overall great experience and I would..and have.. recommend(ed) both Dave Gill and Brad to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson, Cory Ream, was great. He showed me several cars and once I picked the one I wanted, he processed the paperwork quickly. TRACEY WAS A GREAT PERSON TO WORK WITH. I HAD BEEN OVER TO RICART LOOKING FOR A CAR AND THE DEALER I HAD JUST WASNT TRYING TO GET ME INTO ANYTHING HE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT MAKING A SALE. My wife and I were very pleased the way Brad North handled our purchase of our new Silverado 1500 truck, hint: my truck :) anyway, I was very pleased when I picked up my silverado Thursday evening. It didn't look like the same truck I purchased a few days ago. I do plan on having a bed cover put on which will help hide some things I will have in the back of the truck. I planning to get a tri-fold tounque cover. My overall experience with Dave Gill Chev staff was exceptional, no presure, no fuss, everyone we came in contact with were professional and very helpful. Mr. Don the financial manager was also exceptional and very professional and instrumental. He made sure all the forms were complete and finalized. I hope Brad North will be available for the next 10 years, because I like dealing with him because of his dedication to his customers, the willingness to go the extra mile to please his customers, exspecially this one :) Bran North will be a good assist to the Dave Gill Chev dealership. Out all my years of dealing with other salesmen, Brad North is rated A+ on my score card. So Brad don't loose this high rating, you have earned it. And last but not lease, my wife and I really noticed his being honest with us, that was truly a eye opener for us. Walked into the dealership and Tracy Saura greeted my son and I immediately. We wanted to talk about our options of turning in my Soltice. I had received a letter in the mail saying they needed Soltice. My s and I immediately. We wanted to talk about our options of turning in my Soltice. I had received a letter in the mail saying they needed Soltice. My son came along to make sure no one strong-armed me. Tracie instantly said she had several options, so we sat down. She went over all the options, gave me the blue book value which was higher than my payoff, and met the $1000 which the advertisement said. Which we realized later, was not from Dave Gill but a competitor, she and the finance gentleman, and the closer never blinked about that, just honored the offer. I ended up using the extra money to put down on a brand new Camero and I love it. The process was completely smooth and the atmosphere extrememly friendly. Oh and my son, he ended up liking Tracy so much and the way she handled the entire sale, he is now planning on buying a Camero from her too! When I picked up the car, Tracy spent time with me in the car explaining how every thing worked, she setup my OnStar and synced my smartphone with the Camaro to provide hands-free talking. She was wonderful.....a great experience! More
