We met Cory Ream when we arrived at the dealership and at once was very affable. He showed us a number of different vehicles and expertly answered all of our questions. I took my car in for service and went to visit Tracey. She started talking to me about the new Chevy Cruze but after going to the lot and looking at them I decided I liked the Malibu much better. I loved it from the beginning. When I got on the net to look for a car there were several sonics listed at "Internet price" and when I contacted the dealers the price went up after "this and that" was adde look for a car there were several sonics listed at "Internet price" and when I contacted the dealers the price went up after "this and that" was added. I understand about taxes and title , but the price for the car should be listed as it sits and it needs to be pictured as it is sits. I found that not to be the case at every dealership I contacted BUT ' Dave Gill ' ! The price listed on the Internet is the price I paid !!!! Joe was very nice from the minute I walked in. And I'm sure when we come back in the spring to get my husband his "corvette" the experience will be just as plesant ! More

our overall experience was a great experience there were only one concerns we had. first thing was we were originally talking with joe the internet salesman and i was very happy with him he really was he only one concerns we had. first thing was we were originally talking with joe the internet salesman and i was very happy with him he really was helpfull and he directed me to the online financial form to compleete then when we compleeted it we recieved a call from chip i told him we were dealing with joe and he replied that was ok i will help you from here . this was fine but i had the feeling the deal was stolen from joe " just wasn't morally right" after we had talked with joe and emailed back and forth for two weeks . with that said chip did a great job working with don to get us financed in a dificult proof of income situation and we are very pleased with our new camaro . My wife and I would highly recommend Dave Gill Chevrolet to anyone interested in a Chevrolet. This is our 2nd purchase of a vehicle from Dave Gill. When you visit the dealership you feel like you have known the dealership for a long, long time. The employees were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and were not aggressive or non-caring. The sales person we consulted with Mrs Tracey Laura was courteous, kind, friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortble. She had the KSA's (knowledge, skills and ability) to tell us all about the vehicle we were looking for. We tried two and settled on the Chevy Cruze. We knew it was the right car for us immediately. Mrs Laura than explained all the mechanical workings of the auto. We than went in and completed the deal. We than were given over to Mr. Don Rioux the finance manager, who really explained the sales contract. Than our new vehicle was filled with gas and Mrs Laura came out an explained the dash control panel and waited whle we were connected with On-Star and than my wife and I left happy with the new vehicle and the way Dave Gill and his employees treated us. It is too bad that not all business serve their customers like Dave Gill did. Keep up the customer first in your business and you will get and retain many customers. More

My experience with Dave Gill Dealership, Joe Plantz, Tracy, Matt and Michael Dixon was positive from b been miserable throughout the entire process. My experience with Dave Gill Dealership, Joe Plantz, Tracy, Matt and Michael Dixon was positive from beginning to end. They displayed unbelieveable patience, excellent listening skills and I truly believe Joe went out of his way to find the car I wanted to buy and then make it affordable for me. I am a Customer Service Manager and Excellent Service is the most important of a big purchase. Everyone displayed Service Excellence at all times. I also love the new car, a Chevrolet Traverse. They will be my first choice for the next vehicle I purchase. More
