The sales department was very friendly. The service department leaves room for improvement. When I went to leave the battery was dead on the vehicle I just purchased. If the correct test (load test) department leaves room for improvement. When I went to leave the battery was dead on the vehicle I just purchased. If the correct test (load test) had been performed on the battery it would have told the service tech that the vehicle had a bad battery. The dealership did replace it, however, they didn't have a battery for the vehicle so we had to wait longer so they could go to an auto parts store to get one. More

I had viewed their inventory on line and found a car with the exact color and features that I wanted. I had met Cory from a prior visit when I picked up some new car information a few weeks beforehand. So the exact color and features that I wanted. Unfortunately the car that I saw in their inventory had not yet been delivered to the dealership. But Cory was able to show me the same model car with similar features and let me take a test drive. I knew that it was the model that I wanted but I still wanted the car that had yet to be delivered. Cory kept me updated on the car's delivery status and when it was delivered on his day off, Cory called me to let me know and then came into work to take and sent me a picture of the car. I arranged to meet with him later that day to finalize the deal. Cory and the rest of the salesmen were easy to deal with and listened to want I wanted. Initially, we were seeking a "USED" vehicle: beginning by establishing "mileage" and "price" parameters. Then, we visited Dealer lots, made contact with sales representatives, and compared mode beginning by establishing "mileage" and "price" parameters. Then, we visited Dealer lots, made contact with sales representatives, and compared model features, pricing, and- eventually- cost of insurance. A few sales representatives engaged us; one diligent salesman took the time to LISTEN, suggest, show, explain, and permit us to Test Drive a variety of models: Mr. Russell Carman. He demonstrated PATIENCE, KNOWLEDGE of product, and was FORTHRIGHT in providing additional information we requested- making the purchase of a "NEW CAR" more likely. Ultimately, it was his HONESTY that was the "Deal Breaker" for us! (Another dealership we were trying to work with dismissed me as "a woman" and our child as "a kid", neither could possibly know much. THEY also said they could only know as much as their manufacture would "let them know"- when, in fact, an internet search could show more. They don't have "time" to look up every little thing on the internet... A response when asking us why we did NOT select THEIR vehicle). We deeply appreciate a business that provides full disclosure and treats customers fairly. Dave Gill Chevrolet has had a long term relationship with our family- dating back to my sister's first auto, and at least two others for our immediate family...we are more than pleased to have the opportunity to work with a new generation of this Dealership. Also must mention Matt and Don Rouix on the financial side, Don is an engaging individual and very professional. His time is appreciated as well. Upon finalization of the deal, we were introduced to the "Next Line" of service: the Service and Parts employees. Many employees were present to acknowledge the purchase, not necessary, but appreciated. We have driven away with a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu...confident we have made the RIGHT selection!!! More

We went in to buy a used vehicle and they got us into a 2006 Pontiac Torrent. We absolutely love it! It needed the brakes worked on and it had something rubbing in the front end. They took it in to service and found it had the wrong size tires on it and needed new brakes. They put new tires and brakes on it for us no questions asked! Everyone we worked with was absolutely friendly and helpful. I would and will send all my friends and family there when they are ready for a new or used car! More
