This is a very friendly dealership. It was a very HOT day. When we drove up Russ Carman and another salesman were outside. They both said Hi and the other man went inside. First I would start by saying that I don't give a score of 5 on a 5 scale system because in my opinion there is always room for improvement. Joe and this dealership deserve the highest rating. I will say I am a very difficult consumer and Joe was terrific. I was in an out of the dealership within and hour and a half. It was after closing time when it was my turn with the finance dealer. I told Joe that he had been a huge help and he was free to go home and be with his family. He refused to leave my side throughout the process. He was friendly, honest and straightforward. After having a not so great experience earlier that day with a dealership close to home Dave Gill and Joe were a breath of fresh air. It was straight talk no creative math. If there was a 5+ they deserve it. Great Job Guys! More

Tracy made purchasing our Chevy Aveo a very pleasant experience. She spent an inordinate amount of time intervening with the sales manager to get me the price I paid for the vehicle, because of circums experience. She spent an inordinate amount of time intervening with the sales manager to get me the price I paid for the vehicle, because of circumstances that were beyond her control. The dealer had advertised some low priced Aveo's, and when I called about them I was told there were vehicles in stock. When I arrived 20 minutes later, There were none of the advertised vehicles available. Tracy went the extra mile to make certain that I was able to purchase a vehicle that was within my budget. I ended up with a nicely equipped Aveo at a very reasonable price. The service department was very responsive to any problems that I experienced, and I have recommended them to a number of other people, as I have Tracey Saura. If I were to return to this dealer for another car in the future, Tracey would be my sales person. I can't comment about the finance department because I paid cash for the Aveo. More

A spectacular experience! Low pressure, friendly, professional and courteous. My opinion of car dealerships has been pretty low since the 1980s. I am used to poor service, low quality of workmanshi professional and courteous. My opinion of car dealerships has been pretty low since the 1980s. I am used to poor service, low quality of workmanship and a general attitude that you are more of a bother than being the reason they are there. This spannd foriegn and domestic brands from VW, Audi, Mercedes, Ford, Mercury and Buick. I won't name names but None were or are pleasant to deal with. I had thought I found an acceptable place with another Chevrolet dealer but when they sold the dealership this year, the new management style that came with the new name, is just the same old crummy dealership experience from days gone by. Dave Gill Chevrolet has changed all of this. They greated me a smile, and not one of those fake/saccharine smiles but it was like they were genuinely pleased to meet me and glad I was there. My needs and desired were truly listened to, not just "heard". Joe Plantz, my sales advisor even remembered the littlest detail that we briefly discussed, like license plate frames instead of stickers. This overall philosophy of sincerity and doing right by customers seems to carry through each department I met, from sales to finance and even to parts and the body shop, when I discussed repairs on another vehicle I have. I have to say I have been completely bowled over by the level of service, caring & genuine sincerity I have experienced at Dave Gill Chevrolet. Thank you Joe (and team) for a pleasant experience that far exceeded my expectations. I love my new 2013 Chevrolet Cruze 1LT RS. I look forward to a long standing relationship and will definately see you for my next Chevrolet. I feel I have actually found a "Home" for my Chevrolet needs.
