First I would start by saying that I don't give a score of 5 on a 5 scale system because in my opinion there is always room for improvement. Joe and this dealership deserve the highest rating. I will say I am a very difficult consumer and Joe was terrific. I was in an out of the dealership within and hour and a half. It was after closing time when it was my turn with the finance dealer. I told Joe that he had been a huge help and he was free to go home and be with his family. He refused to leave my side throughout the process. He was friendly, honest and straightforward. After having a not so great experience earlier that day with a dealership close to home Dave Gill and Joe were a breath of fresh air. It was straight talk no creative math. Tracy made purchasing our Chevy Aveo a very pleasant experience. She spent an inordinate amount of time intervening with the sales manager to get me the price I paid for the vehicle, because of circums experience. The dealer had advertised some low priced Aveo's, and when I called about them I was told there were vehicles in stock. When I arrived 20 minutes later, There were none of the advertised vehicles available. Tracy went the extra mile to make certain that I was able to purchase a vehicle that was within my budget. I ended up with a nicely equipped Aveo at a very reasonable price. The service department was very responsive to any problems that I experienced, and I have recommended them to a number of other people, as I have Tracey Saura. If I were to return to this dealer for another car in the future, Tracey would be my sales person. I can't comment about the finance department because I paid cash for the Aveo. More
