Since I was the one buying the car and not my husband, Pat treated me professionally, spoke to me directly, did not make me feel inferior at all. I was told on the phone by Ron that the dealership would at least spplitthe difference between the truck I was going to pick up in Mansfield ($25,350) and the truck they had advertised on the web ($27,800). I thought that meant that i would pay no more than $26,600, but was told that the dealership was only prepared to go to $27000. I bought it, but felt a bit betrayed. The dealership should stick to the offer that brings the customer in, period. More
