Working with Cory and Dave Gill Chevrolet made for a very good car buying expierence. They didn't have the color and options we were looking for on the lot but thet still made us a great deal and got our new good car buying expierence. Corey R. provided excellent customer service and stayed with us the whole time--with the exception of when he knew we needed to talk!! We had purchased a vehicle that had a factory defect (found out the day after we took it home) and with in 5 days they had found an identicle vehicle to replace it-even down to the color. Matt was very helpful in getting On Star switched to our new car and Steve-I think was his name was very efficient with our loan. Will refer this dealership as we feel they did what was expected considering our circumstance. More

Staff at Dave Gill were all very relaxed, professional. Since I was the one buying the car and not my husband, Pat treated me professionally, spoke to me directly, did not make me feel inferior at all. Once the car was purchased all managers of all departments came out to meet me and explain their departments and how they would be of service to me. Don did a REMARKABLE job! I was told on the phone by Ron that the dealership would at least spplitthe difference between the truck I was going to pick up in Mansfield ($25,350) and the truck they had advertised on the web ($27,800). I thought that meant that i would pay no more than $26,600, but was told that the dealership was only prepared to go to $27000. I bought it, but felt a bit betrayed. The dealership should stick to the offer that brings the customer in, period. More

We were in a pinch with wife's car totaled out and in need of replacement. Through help of Nick Brown and the finance dept. we got a new '13 Cruze well within budget and better than what I hoped for inte need of replacement. Every car buyer goes in with an idea of what they want to pay and ready to "haggle". This was not the case at Dave Gill Chevrolet! We were in and out in less time than what I have spent playing the haggle game alone on purchases at other dealers in the past. A+++ from beginning to end. More
