I had a great experience working with Russell at Dave Gill. I went in knowing specifically what I wanted and what payments work for me, and he and the finance team did everything they could to get me in Gill. This time Tracey helped me get a brand new 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. I emailed her on Friday after an extensive search for a Camaro, I told her I was coming to get the 2014. (The only one on the lot!) I have NEVER owned a brand new car!! Saturday morning I showed up and went straight to MY car!! Tracey went all out her way to make sure I drove it off the lot!!!! She worked with her manager and they managed to get my interest rate down to 4.9% from 18% on my current vehicle. Two years ago she got me in a 2008 Mazda CX-7 and she was so wonderful I had to come back, we kept in touch over the two years and when I told her I was ready for a new car, she was on it!! She was so warm and friendly and remembered everything about me. I was not a number to her, I really appreciate great customer service, even though she was busy with another customer, she still knew how to make me comfortable and welcome to Dave Gill. I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze at your dealership. Once we were back at the dealer, I started to work with John Fitzgerald. John helped me locate the exact car I wanted, which was a job in itself, because of the time of year I was purchasing a car. We went over several features the car had to offer including what was important to me and what I wanted in my car. This was my first brand new car, so there were several emotions involved and John actually understand and cared. He wanted me to be happy with the experience and wanted me to love the car I was buying. After the paperwork was signed and completed, John took me out to my new car and walked me through all the new features that were included. He took his time and made sure I knew exactly how to use them and also advised me if I needed more help to give him a ring. Once I drove off the lot and reality hit, I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received from John. He changed my whole opinion on car salesman and you can tell he really cares about his job and his clients. I will definitely go back to Dave Gill in the future.
