Shane Pulley was AWESOME! I was greeted by him outside the door by my first name. He smiled, shook my hand and walked me inside. The people at the dealership were very nice! I called ahead in the morning to ask if a car was still there. I told him I would be there in the evening to see the car. When I pulled in I saw the car had been brought up and was at the building. When I stepped into the store Scott came in to see if i needed help I didn't have to wait around. I test drove the car, Scott explained the car to me and all the options i have for this car or a brand new car. I feelt he was honest in any answers he gave to my questions, very personable. When I picked the car i wanted, I gave my price under my budget. Scott went to check with his Manager, that's when Dave (GM) Stepped in closed the deal as i wanted. I had financing prearranged,but they checked for financing there as well. They did come up with a better financing situation, so considering it I decided to go with the financing offered at the dealership. I hate car shopping and I hate buying cars but it's something we all have to do if we want to get to and from work, so I will say my experience at DaveGill was a good one and would recommend to others. I had originally made an appointment to meet Tracey for a new car. Before I went, I had gone to a couple of dealers and was given discouraging news. I showed up to talk to Tracey as planned but didn't hold o new car. Before I went, I had gone to a couple of dealers and was given discouraging news. Over 3 days Tracey did everything imaginable to get me a car including picking me up at my apartment with her own vehicle as the one I wanted to test drive was getting some last minute work done on it. Things could not have been smoother during the whole process. Than Kevin had some really good advice on my car and for my loan. Will go there again for future car needs. My parents, who live 3 states away, have even jokingly said they might buy a car there because of my experience. Will recommend dealership and Tracey personally to anyone needing a car. More

His zeal for what he does and the products he sells was very energetic and true...nothing fake. Scott strove to ensure I was comfortable with the process and my vehicle of interest--Equinox. Amazingly, I walked out with that 2014 Equinox...ending my Toyota loyalty. Scott followed up with emails and phone calls to ensure I was still pleased with my purchase. I came to the dealership to purchase a new 2013 Malibu. I saw the internet pricing and I couldn't pass it up! When I got to the dealership my sale guy, Chris, greeted me right away.
