Our Experience My daughter and I walked in for her to test drive a car. We had selected the Chevy Spark as a good priced economical car for her to drive to and from My daughter and I walked in for her to test drive a car. We had selected the Chevy Spark as a good priced economical car for her to drive to and from college and work. My father was going to purchase the car if my daughter like it, although she didn't know that when she was test driving. As far as she knew I was going to try and talk my father into purchasing the car for her. Caitlin test drove the car and Shane Pulley was the salesman that helped us. Caitlin did like the car. We didn't have a lot of time to give much information since Caitlin was due to be at work in less than an hour and a half. Once Caitlin went to work I took my father back to the dealership and we spoke to Shane again. Shane was very helpful, gracious and not a pushy salesman at all. We have all had one of the pushy ones at least once. Before we my father and I had left the dealership the car had been marked as purchase and they even held the car for us while we waited on my Uncle's GM code to come through. This process took almost a week. Before leaving we had signed all the paper work that way once we had everything in order we could just come back and give the information needed for the GM discount, get the temp tags and go. Shane had instructed us to contact him the day before so the car would be cleaned and ready for us to take home when we came in the next day. My father and I arrived early the next day around 9:30 am and Shane had the car all cleaned up and ready for us to pick up. We received the temp tags, had our picture taken and were well on our way home in less than an hour. My daughter had to be at work that morning at 11:00 am. We got home with the car and put it in the garage without her knowing and when she left for work she was one very excited young lady. The surprise was all thanks to Shane and the others at Dave Gill Chevrolet that help us with the purchase and kept in touch with us over the week that it took to get everything in order. They even made sure to keep the secret from my daughter. I would so recommend Dave Gill Chevrolet to anyone. They do not treat you as if you are only someone buying a car and they are getting your money. This is a dealership that cares about the people they are selling their cars to and making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Good Experience, Do Your Homework on Financing Shane was great. I stopped in at lunch one day and, after looking at a bunch of cars and meeting a few sales hacks, Shane made an impression on me. He is a bright, energetic breath of fresh air with a whiff of snark to lighten the burden of car shopping. I went back that night and bought a car from Dave Gill solely on that one brief meeting and have no regrets. I did do my homework, Dave Gill had the car I was looking for at the right price with a color my wife could live with. Other dealers had the same car, but working with Shane made the whole enchilada more palatable. Don't forget to shop for financing before you stop in, Shane's not the finance manager. And the finance manager is not working for you - not going to do you any favors. Luckily I had three days to reject the Dave Gill financing, and once I called them with a better rate somewhere else, they matched it. At least the match made it easier than going to another money venue and starting over. Shane's the man - I recommend him! More

I worked primarily with Shane Pulley who was very personable and thorough when working with my wife and me. He did an excellent job showing us the car we were interested in purchasing, including all of the features, before our test drive. We wound up agreeing to purchase the car, handling the paperwork the next day. Dave Gill was a little busy the following day so our wait was longer than expected but, Shane made the time fly by. His friendly and outgoing personality makes him easy to talk to and feel like he genuinely cares about you as a person. When it came time to finalize the paperwork with Kevin Hampton, the experience was no different. Kevin was able to make the otherwise monotonous process of filling out paperwork somewhat enjoyable, fully answering all our questions with personal anecdotes and a few jokes to lighten the mood. He was very straightforward and customer oriented, even though he's required to try to up-sell you some add-ons. His goal was to put you in control, making it very clear what's an optional purchase, where you might find some value, and what most people choose to do (decline all the up-sells). More

My salesperson new the vehicle and it’s systems inside out he got me a great deal on my trade. He was the first salesperson I’ve had who didn’t ask what I owed on my trade prior to having it assessed.
