The dreaded issues with dealerships after you purchase!!!!!! So I reviewed my experience about my purchase about 3 weeks ago titled "First time car buying experience" if u wanna read initial review which has the So I reviewed my experience about my purchase about 3 weeks ago titled "First time car buying experience" if u wanna read initial review which has the positives but of course like any other dealership they are sooo thirsty for their sales and literally would do anything "kiss butt" pretty much till u buy that car and their done with you and another other problems it's like your own your own dude and I'm absolutely disappointed, when I went in to test drive and buy my car I noticed one of my wipers literally had the rubber hanging off quickly brought it to their attention and was promised it was gonna get fixed when I came back to pick up my car, long story short I got my car on a beautiful day was told it would be detailed well had some dirty mats in my trunk but was pressed for time so I said I will take care of that, my tank was PROMISED to be filled up when I got the car cause it was almost empty , was not done and being a beautiful day out I didn't need my wipers so I just kinda looked and didn't see a hanging piece of rubber so I'm like I guess it's fixed well not till the following week having to deal with rain back to back literally driving and guessing I'm in the lines cause I couldn't see crap heck my old cars wiper worked better only to find out they just pulled of the hanging rubber and didn't change wiper and the other was split in half but couldn't be noticed cause it was at the center, so furious called to say I wanted to come in tht Saturday to get it fixed just to be told they close at 6 but the parts dept close at 2 what in the world?! That is just nonsense and of course closed Sundays yet again promised I was gonna get chad Haynes to bring me some wipers to my home first thing Monday morning and changed cause I have a packed schedule well he didn't show up and didn't even reach out I had to reach out just to hear back 5 hours later for him to say he had been busy trying to sell a car for hours which is all they care about sadly long and short I went ahead and took care of changing my wipers but if I have to deal with this with something so "little" I can imagine what to expect from them if I have bigger issues it's rather unfortunate , customer service is key even after ur done with ur sales treat them like you did before they purchased. Def not recommending anyone More

nice guy I came in to get the Ford expedition. Nate was so nice. He had it ready and when the a.c. didn't work he had them fix it asap, then kevin came out an I came in to get the Ford expedition.
