Great customer service I was greeted shortly after arriving by Jacob Bauman, and told him I wanted to look at a car that I had seen on Autotrader.com, and he took me directl I was greeted shortly after arriving by Jacob Bauman, and told him I wanted to look at a car that I had seen on Autotrader.com, and he took me directly to it, and after looking it over I took it out for a test drive. He answered all my questions without making me feel pressured, and was a pleasure to work with. I bought the car, and am very satisfied with my purchase and experience with Dave Gill. I was treated very professionally by Sylvia Reynolds during the financial process as well. This is my third car purchased off of Dave Gill, and I will definitely come back again when the time comes to buy another car. Great place to buy a car!!!! More

Sales experience was great and very friendly . Service not so. I was told when i bought the vehicle in 2013 that service on Saturday was first come first serve. This Saturday I was first in line . Service not so. I was told when i bought the vehicle in 2013 that service on Saturday was first come first serve. This Saturday I was first in line as usual there was only one other vehicle behind me. I was told by service rep that it would be several hours before they could get to me because i didn't have an appointment, and that he had worked there 2 years and that they had always taken appointments, if I had known that I would have made them in the past. In the past the line on Saturday was always long that's why I would get there early. This time only two people in line. Instead of it will be several hours before we can get to you. How about value customer we will get to you asap, but we now go by appointments on Saturday. More

Mr. Villalobos helped me stay well within my price range and even worked with me at the dealership an extra two hours after closing to ensure that I was not rushed into any decision. Ms. Pape worked hard to get me a loan with an incredible interest rate. This will be my first experience with a loan, and she made sure that I understood everything before signing. Mr. Villalobos also took the time to take my old license plates off of my Saturn and place them onto my 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. I would absolutely recommend Dave Gill for anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. More
