First I would like to say that my dad is a car mechanic so I've never had to take my vehicles to a car dealership, and am actually quite hesitant to do so because I'm afraid of getting scammed into paying more than I need to. I recently bought a certified used Chevy Cruze from a dealer in Iowa, my previous home, because I was moving to Columbus; a few weeks after I purchased the Cruz, I had issues with the car and took it to a dealer in Iowa who dismissed my concerns saying the issues "were a fluke". When the problems continued after my move to Columbus, I took the car to Dave Gill; everyone was friendly, especially Penny Smith, and they listened to my concerns, took the time to research the problem, and fixed my car quickly. They even fixed a part for my Onstar service without me having to ask. I cannot convey how happy I am with the service at Dave Gill. I'll definitely be going back for any oil change, regular maintenance, or future issues I may have. I wish I had bought my car from them because this dealer runs a truly honest business, something that is hard to say in the car industry now. More

Comfortable, fun, experience I had never purchased a new car before, and was very nervous about doing so. Best Car Buying Experience, EVER!! I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruz I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruze. I did the prequalification process prior to beginning my search. I found a Chevy Cruze on Dave Gill Chevrolet website and I immediately got a response from Miranda, asking me when I could come in and test drive a car. This was late in the evening so I was surprised that someone was even available. The next morning I got a call to set up a time. I was told to ask for Tracey Saura when I came in. I went in and Tracey met me at the door, I test drove the car. She thoroughly explained all the features of the car so that I knew what everything was. She encouraged driving on the freeway, which I really liked. I got back to the salesroom and Tracey asked me what I wanted to do. I let her know exactly what I was putting down and what kind of payment I wanted. I had several managers come up and great me during my experience there and the more we talked, I felt like a part of the family. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to get everything finalized and took the car home that same night. Next morning Tracey reached out to me to see if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. I would recommend anyone to Dave Gill Chevrolet and have them ask for Tracey! More

Couldn't of asked for better service! They didn't care what time the clock said they stayed over hours to make sure I had everything I needed. Everyone didn't rush me or make me feel pushed into buying anything. You walk in and given a small town atmosphere greeting! Harrison was the truck specialist that helped me out and was awesome! I left the lot with a brand new truck at a AMAZING price, smiling ear to ear! I live almost 2 hours from this dealer but I will def be going back to this shop for all my repairs and future vehicle purchases!! I More
