Best Car Buying Experience, EVER!! I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruz I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruze. I did the prequalification process prior to beginning my search. I found a Chevy Cruze on Dave Gill Chevrolet website and I immediately got a response from Miranda, asking me when I could come in and test drive a car. This was late in the evening so I was surprised that someone was even available. The next morning I got a call to set up a time. I was told to ask for Tracey Saura when I came in. I went in and Tracey met me at the door, I test drove the car. She thoroughly explained all the features of the car so that I knew what everything was. She encouraged driving on the freeway, which I really liked. I got back to the salesroom and Tracey asked me what I wanted to do. I let her know exactly what I was putting down and what kind of payment I wanted. I had several managers come up and great me during my experience there and the more we talked, I felt like a part of the family. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to get everything finalized and took the car home that same night. Next morning Tracey reached out to me to see if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. I would recommend anyone to Dave Gill Chevrolet and have them ask for Tracey! More

Overall good experience My experience overall was very positive. We were ready to buy from somewhere in Columbus the same day, and Dave Gill was our first stop. I am not one that enjoys the "games" that typically come with the purchase of an automobile, and told them that up front. I despise the haggling process and the back and forth with the sales manager that just about everyone plays. Upon arrival we met salesman Isaiah Riley. He is a younger guy who is fairly new to the car business. Isaiah was very friendly and easy to get along with, without being overbearing. In my opinion, some of the "seasoned" salesmen could learn a lot from this guy as far as demeanor. It was actually a pleasure to work with him! We also worked some with Kevin Hampton on the details of the deal. Kevin was also personable and easy to deal with. Again, we made it clear up front that we did not want any "extras", and they respected our wishes and didn't push back hard. Financing was relatively easy, dealing with Sylvia. She did make an attempt at selling an extended service contract (I understand it's her job!), but I only had to say no once and we moved on. No hard sell. Overall, our impression was that Dave Gill is an easy place to deal with, and Isaiah Riley was just an outstanding young man. Bottom line: I feel like I got a fair deal and the people were pleasant.
