They were prepared and ready for our appointment and genuinely cared about our concerns during the buying experience. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. $25 gift card just for test driving and everything from full tank and detail taken care of when we bought our vehicle. The only down side was the amount of time spent during the process. Little more than 4hours from start to finish. Other than that, I'd recommend this dealer! More

In Praise of Your Service Three years ago, an environmentally-conscious guy drove into your dealership in his Toyota Prius, attracted by the thought of buying a new 2014 Chevro Three years ago, an environmentally-conscious guy drove into your dealership in his Toyota Prius, attracted by the thought of buying a new 2014 Chevrolet Volt hybrid EV. It was not my first visit to a Columbus area dealership. At other places, however, I was primary greeted by salesmen who knew very little about the Volt and did little to hide their quizzical attitude about my sincere interest in environmentally-friendly vehicles. At Dave Gill Chevrolet I was greeted by a salesman who actually knew more about the Volt than I did through my prior extensive research. I was listened to and treated with great respect, even offered a lease deal better than competitors’. They took the trouble to locate the exact loaded, silver car I wanted. Then, through the skilled assistance of Wisconsin–grad Matt Ringlien, creating my three-year lease, I drove off into the sunset. After three very content years driving the Volt, I turned it in May 12th. I never had a single problem with the car. I loved the quietness and powerful torque of its electric engine, its technical sophistication -- it actually sent me monthly e-mails monitoring its condition! I am totally sold on electric cars. I will never buy another noisy, combustion engine car that frequently needs oil changes and trips to the gas station. Recently I have been working with Sales Manager, David Voss. Dave is an impressive ivy-educated MBA executive, who is a bright and simply delightful guy to work with. He listens attentively, and oddly, treats me like a VIP. Since the new Chevy Bolt I want will not be available in Ohio until September, I have decided to wait a couple of months and order a loaded 2018 Premier model in December. I’m excited - waiting will be hard! In the process of owning my Volt and working with Dave Gill Chevrolet for three years, I have come to realize that, by chance, three years ago, I drove into a very special car dealership. Dave Gill’s personnel -- in Management, Sales, Service and Finance -- are skilled and customer-friendly to an extent that should be emulated industry-wide. I recently learned that Billionaire Leslie Wexner (Founder, The Limited) bought three Chevy Volts at Dave Gill Chevrolet. He must have known how special a place it is. More

They have 5 stars for their awesomeness! My girlfriend and I searched the net for good dealerships before I left the house on a Saturday. Dave Gill Chevrolet was at the top of my go to list. My girlfriend and I searched the net for good dealerships before I left the house on a Saturday. Dave Gill Chevrolet was at the top of my go to list. I was a bit anxious because of my last bad experience with Bobby Layman Chevrolet, practically calling me a liar and a cheat but that's another story. I was determined to find out what I needed to do to trade in my present leased car from another dealership because I wasn't going back to Bobby Layman. As soon as I pulled in the lot at Dave Gill's I received smiles, help and encouragement. Within a matter of 4-5 hours I received the same with getting me into a new car of my choosing, which I wasn't planning to do that day, and driving away in my new lease elated! Bryan Gallagher and Sylvia Reynolds were the two people I worked with most of my time there. Sylvia's a real treat and fun lady with lots of experience, I knew she was kidding when she said it was only her first day there, for all I needed to know about insurance, service, finance and credit. I hear Lisa Pape is awesome too. From hearing my story, credit checks, car choices galore, a test drive, to of questions about insurance, turning in old lease, repairs, license, registration etc. my time there was an enjoyable experience. When I got even a bit anxious Bryan and Sylvia calmed me down with an encouraging, "Don't worry about it we'll work this all out with you or for you." I immediately felt reassured and was helped to not feel ignorant or stupid about not having been prepared for their assurances of getting me into a new car that day before they went home. In the meantime there had been 3-4 cars sold or leased while I was going for mine. The whole place stood up and clapped for each person when they finished their deal. It was a nice feeling to see that Dave Gill's employees were happy to have helped their customers get into new vehicles. It didn't seem corny either. I was treated the same way when I was done. Handshakes and smiles all around. My time there was all handled friendly, stress free, and helpful. Other employees helped with my purchase as needed and they were also great. Bryan Gallagher was very approachable, encouraging and knowledgeable. If he had questions his fellow employees were helpful to him and I with answers. I got all my questions answered that I knew to ask from my past experiences and got others answered from their experiences. I felt very informed that day about my choice of the new lease and what each of our responsibilities were to each other for the duration of my lease. I'm very encouraged that this dealership will take good care of me throughout my time with them. It was an all around great day there from start to finish. I went back the next weekend to get my license plate bracket put on the front of my car and received a surprise car wash from Bryan Gallagher afterward. This guy is a great asset to the Dave Gill team! He's very interested in my satisfaction and asked me questions about my one week with the car. It's been great! He answered more of my questions and had help with the other employees with ones he wasn't sure about, he even gave me a can of Coke before I left. They were having a cookout that day. The Dave Gill team works well together from what I have experienced with them for the past week and I look forward to their service for the duration of my lease. I highly recommend Bryan Gallagher as an awesome salesperson and Sylvia Reynolds for finance completion for anyone's next car purchase or lease. I believe just from walking around though and watching all of the salespeople that anyone of them would provide a great experience for any customer. Dave Gill Chevrolet has really earned their 5 Star rating and it showed with how they took good care of me. More
